N.e. MKT — Restaurant in Boston

This place is very poorly thought out. It has so much potential but the owner is clearly absent.

The sandwiches are "build your own" but they don't list ingredients you can add and didn't have onions or cucumber (the only things I bothered asking for). In the electronic ordering system you can't add any ingredients, you can only remove what comes on the sandwich.

There are 3 different checkout lines you can order from within a 50 sq ft. area and it's unclear where the correct place is.

Just went here. I got The Beef - a sandwich. I asked for it to be toasted so the cheese would be melted. Got to my gate and they had not done so. I went back and asked for it to be toasted. The lady had stated that it would be soggy if they did. I’m confused how from the get go they couldn’t have toasted the bread, meat, and cheese before putting on the other toppings. Not sure how a basic concept couldn’t have been understood. The sandwich was good, although having toasted bread with cold meat and cheese is not...

The food was not great and over priced. The employees were not inviting at all. We should have gone to starbucks next door, but were in a hurry. The thing that's more upsetting is they charged me for my daughters drink and then went and charged her for the same drink. I realized the double charge once we were on the plane. I called them and the number on the receipt was a previous owners. I'm going to file a dispute with my bank for the price difference. I wonder how many other people were...
