Wolfgang Puck Pizza — Restaurant in Boston

Writing this on Monday, October 12th at 1:30pm from the Wolfgang Puck airport restaurant. I never bother with negative reviews, but I think it’s worth mentioning that the service I received was truly terrible. I received a mostly burnt pizza. I communicated this politely to the person who made it (also, the only person working) and his attitude was shameful. He made another one and it was incredibly soft/half done. I’m not sure if this was intentional, but if the ovens are not properly calibrated, he could have explained that in a professional manner. Will not return or encourage...

This place is a joke. Two medium pizzas for $65. Pizza Hut is better than this place was and for far less money.

This is what you get from an airport once you’ve cleared security: few choices and extremely high prices. We wouldn’t have eaten here except our plane was delayed 3 hours for weather. And, food choices are not that many and what few there are sport extremely high prices.

The food was OK but for $65, I would expect spectacular. This was not even close.

Been waiting to get pizza for over 20 minutes. This one is ENTIRELY on management. It’s 5pm and they have ONE employee (Moises) preparing the pizzas from scratch AND running the cashier. 15+ people in line and no one to help him. Poor guy man. I told him management was abusing him. I don’t want to come back here solely on the fact that this establishment is poorly run and takes advantage of their employees.
