What a ripoff! I get being captive at any airport is expensive, but look at what I got for $15.79. Roughly $14 in rice, $1 in veggies and 79 cents in chicken. This was more like rice was the entree and the rest of the dish was the side. Before I walked away with this dish I asked the counter lady if this is for real and she said "it is what it is". @peiwei. Do better! At least what I did eat was consistent with a typical Pei Wei experience. Find another option at the Boston Logan Airport!

For airport food, it's pretty decent! My husband got the orange chicken, and it was really good. He had no complaints. I got the chicken chow mein - it was good but just a little dry and a little lacking flavor. But overall, they were good portions and fair prices (considering that it's in the airport). Overall, it's a decent place to go to while waiting for your flight!

Oct. 27, 2024 The food was decent, but despite the sign saying they open at 9 am, they didn’t actually open until almost 9:20am. The girl at the register was rude. I’m giving three stars only because the food was alright. If she doesn’t want to work or provide good service, she should look for another job instead of ruining other people’s day.

I had ordered a few times from here while waiting for a flight out of Boston Logan. Yesterday I ordered their Payway original and after waiting over 15 minutes, I checked in and was told that it would be 15 minutes more because they had run out of rice! I asked to substitute the rice with noodles, which they agreed however, other people were not as lucky as they had run out of noodles as well. Someone came up from the back and started yelling at the kitchen staff in front of guests. They ended up shutting down the restaurant due to technical difficulties. Visited this Pei Wei location while at the airport and the meal did not taste or was consistent with its original recipe. Had a terrible experience with the employees, they thought it was ok to omit information regarding unavailable vegetables that were missing from the dish. Staff was not friendly or responsive when I brought up the concern, their customer service was lacking would suggest to have retraining on how to treat customers.
