Do not go there!!! If you have kids the very wrong place to be! First, we got a dirty table. The waitresses did not write anything while taking the order. Of course she order the wrong items. Also, at the end the wrong item was still on the check. Paper copy was not presented before we paid. Now the whole complication came from voiding a check and then reenter it. We ask to talk to the manager, however she all of a sudden got extremely busy. At first when we got there she was seating at a table and just talking on the phone and chatting with employees. Just a reminder for everyone reading we got to seat at a dirty table. Maybe, again she was busy. I asked for a soda 4 times, I gave up and then my husband asked and I got it before we got the check. Over priced meals. THEY DON’T HAVE KIDS MENUE!!! Undercooked rigatoni for $14. If you want meatballs with this for your 4yo you will need to pay another $20. And of course the manager was too busy to explain why they are charging $14 for side of pasta. Unbelievable money making machine! Good for owners, extremely not welcome and expansive for travellers!!!

When we will all wake up and ask, expect and get better customer service for the amount of money we spend on...

Food was unseasoned bland overpriced gas station food. Service is the worst service I’ve ever had in a restaurant. Waiter visited the table only 4 times in an hour. Once to take our orders. Once to bring us our drinks (never got us refills). Once to bring us food. Once to bring us the check. We had to hand her the card immediately because we didn’t expect her to be back for another twenty minutes and this is a freaking airport, of course we can’t be sitting around waiting, everyone here has flights to catch.

DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME. We should have gone and gotten free meals with my priority pass down the hall.

Edit: completely forgot to mention that they did the bare minimum on top of never visiting. We sat at the table for ten minutes before they came over, we had to get up to go get sugar for coffee from another table, she dropped off the food and then left without giving us silverware, meaning once again we had to go get it from another table. Absolutely...

I had a flat bread in this restaurant at Logan airport for 18 bucks last week. The waitress charged me the wrong bill for 49.88 bucks! When I saw the number I told her that's wrong and I need her to correct the bill but she refused to listen to me and went ahead pressed my card completely (and very rudely) ignoring me! when I told her that was 50 dollars and it was wrong she realized that she charged someone else's lunch on me!! she apologized and talked to her manager and supposedly corrected the bill. I paid for my lunch with a very generous tip (which I totally regret now!). They assured me my card has not been charged the first time. Turns out my card has been charged for a total of 73 bucks for a stupid flatbread at the airport! Their phones are disconnected and I can't reach anybody to correct this stupid mistake... their incompetence is unbelievable! their food is ok for airport food, obvisouly overprices but that's typical for airport...
