I went to the restaurant this afternoon for my lunch, The food was great… The server that speaks Spanish only,was very kind and greeted me when I entered the restaurant. I cannot say the same about the Brazilian server(With a black hair, white skin and chubby girl that was behind The cashier. Is not the first time that she’s very, very, very rude to me. I already complain about her to the Spanish server and looks like nothing has been changed. Whenever I don’t give a tip because she’s rude she makes bad face, Today I tried to give the tip and she didn’t let me do it, She pressed the button for me… When I said to her, I was calculating to give you the tip, I Think is my right to calculate how much I want to give us a tip, right? She answered back to me next time I don’t need it. And made a very sarcastic face to me. It is very disappointing for me to go to a Brazilian restaurant and being treated like that by a server really every time I go to this restaurant and I see her I know that she’s going to treat me like that, Next time I’m gonna ask the Spanish server to save me.I don’t wanna be treated like that again. I already get upset because I know she’s going to treat everyone like that. ABSOLUTELY FABULOUS!!! EVERYTHING IS TO DIE FOR HERE. The desserts are out of this universe and all the meats roasting in plain sight. The owner took them out of the roaster and cut them in front of me samplings every selection of meats 🍖 i ordered out and had an issue and they more than made up for it!!! The owner doesn't speak English but actually has a translation system on his phone so he can speak to his guests. The hospitality and the family feel that you get as soon as you walk through the doors was A1. The food and desserts were on point!!! Melted in my mouth!! As for the shrimp, that was the only thing I was disappointed with. I highly recommend the chocolate coconut cake...I've never had something so delicious. To food and desserts and service topped my expectations. Parking is a bit tricky there and is always packed!!! As it should be you will understand why. Don't try and call lol thats a nightmare. Its best to go in on foot. Other than parking and the phones system this place makes your soul full just like your happy stomach at the end. I went here after work the steak was really dry the fish was cold, the beef stew was cold the sausages were also cold. I still ate the food but when i went to get a take out plate for work which i can heat up i put it on the scale i seen it was under 1 pound. It was .46 then the cashier moved my plate to another another scale. It was 1.46lbs. Im like why did it weigh less over there. The cashier said nothing. So they charge more when you take the food to go then when you eat there. Its basically a scam to get more money. Not going back it was not a good experience and the restaurant was really really cold inside along with the food. I ate with a jacket on. The bathroom was also really dirty. I expected better....
