I am writing this review to express my deep disappointment and frustration regarding the difficulties we consistently face when picking up orders from your pizzeria. Several key issues need to be addressed, including the lack of assistance in obtaining drinks, the challenge of locating orders on the shelf, and the necessity to check orders ourselves. It's obvious that they don't show much respect to the couriers as they are constantly showing disrespect and an unhelpful attitude. This level of professionalism is completely unacceptable and reflects badly on your organization. We urge immediate action to rectify these issues and provide appropriate training and instruction to your staff. Tonight definitely cemented our loyalty for this Papa John's! We placed our order tonight and accidentally clicked on the "pick-up" choice instead of delivery. We did not notice this until an hour later when our food did not arrive. We quickly called the store and mentioned our mistake and asked if they could deliver it. To my pleseant surprised the person on the phone was able to make this happen without a huff or puff. He did mention it was going to be a 30 minute wait which of course we happily waited. 15 mintues into waiting we got a call from them confirming our address so they can deliver our pizzas. In less then the ETA they gave us we got our food. Best ending to a parents stressful day. Thanks guys!!!! #welovefood. #arewehipyet?...

Papa John’s has a particular texture and flavor to their pizza that some people love and others don’t care for. Their stuffed crust I tried once, and wasnt the best - and their non-pizza dishes can taste very processed and underwhelming. but when I stick to what I love: (extra sauce and less cheese) I love it.

They tried marketing a “New York Style” pizza - it’s basically the same as their traditional pizza, a true New York Style pizza has dough that folds in 1/2 so easily- not exactly with Papa John’s attempt.

Thin crust has mild crisp to it (as opposed to super “crunch”)
