Ok the stars are for the pizza, because it was actually pretty good. I paid for extra cheese and didn’t get it, but still good. However had to snap a pic of this hilarious sign- no waiting, no confusion if you order online? Well I ordered online, was told 20 min wait, I came in 30 mins later and they couldn’t find my order anywhere. Once they finally did, they told me it would be another 15 mins which was actually 20 (no apology or anything just shrugged their shoulders). When I finally got my order, the cheese fries I ordered were covered in cheez whiz (I had asked for mozzarella cheese and when they finally found my order they repeated that back to me). When I mentioned it, the cashier argued with me saying they don’t do that and was basically like “deal with it.” I told him I didn’t want the fries (he could have just given them to me since they had lost my order but nope). There was no apology, no acknowledgement of the extra time I had to wait. Pizza was good but not worth the hassle. Also a guy came in while I was waiting with no mask on and no one said anything so there’s that.

CHANGE THE CHEESE BACK I’m legit so bummed that my favorite pizza spot is now bad. I’ve eaten dozens if not 100+ pizzas from this place over the years. Any time friends or family come over I order from here. I’ve lived here for over 5 years and have ordered pizza from here for every birthday. This was my favorite pizza in this world. When my family visited this summer I order a pizza and it was bad. It tasted off with weird plastic cheese with no salt or flavor. Hoping it was a one off I ordered another a few weeks later and it was bad as well. I just went in for some slices and it was bad. The dough and sauce tastes the same but the cheese is different. I’m certain of it from years of knowing this pizza. It used to be a little greasy and would drip when you fold it and it no longer does. It’s like dry and chewy with no flavor. The cheese is so unsalted that I have to add my own for it to taste good. It’s really bad. I know times are tough and food costs are crazy but please go back to the old recipe and increase your prices if you have to.

Been coming here for 20+ years now, since I was a little kid. I grew up eating this pizza and had no clue how good I had it till I moved to the Midwest for college. Obviously I’m biased, but this place easily has some of the best pizza in Boston and can compete with the very best in New York. Sauce is standout, crust thin and perfectly crispy, cheese is always high quality. I’ve still yet to have a better Margherita pizza. With my parents moving out from my childhood home, it’ll make it harder to come back here as often. Thank you to Pino’s for making me fall in love with pizza - Pino’s will always be my favorite, no matter where I am in the world. Will be sure to visit whenever I’m back in town, keep up the great work!!

Ordered over $100 worth of pizza and appetizers. The app said 20 minutes wait. We got there on time and they said it wasn’t ready yet. We spotted some boxes up high that looked like it might be our food and the employee walked away. Came back a while later and pretended to move some stuff around and discovered our food, bringing it out and saying “it’s ready now.” What he should’ve said was “it’s cold now. Enjoy – ha ha.“ So in addition to our frigid pies, we had two salads consisting of some pretty stale ingredients including wilting iceberg lettuce and wrinkly tomatoes, to name a couple. Bottom line: you’d be better off with Pizza Hut or almost any other place.

This is the biggest slice of pizza I have even seen in a by-the -slice store. It's easily around 25 cm in radius. Sicilian slice was a bit too runny in terms of marinara sauce, but tasty altogether. The regular veggie pizza slice was the one that took it away. It's enough amount of tangy, fresh and crispy without anything overpowering others. Best value for money I have ever had in a pizza, unlike other places where I find pizza-by-the -slice a bit expensive.
