WORST EXPERIENCE VERY UNPROFESSIONAL AND RUDE
Today I had an incredibly disappointing encounter at the P2 pass office. Two days ago, I was informed about their parking rates. On the 13th I needed to park so I purchased a full month despite being told I could pay half if I waited until the 15th. When my access was unexpectedly blocked today, I called and was informed my card had declined. Upon arriving at the office to rectify this, I was met by an associate named Harim or Hamid (working alone on 07/15/24 at 7pm) who was shockingly rude and condescending. Despite two previous assurances from other staff members about the half-month rate, he insisted I pay for a month and a half or leave. His unprofessionalism and unnecessary hostility left me completely taken aback. No customer should ever be treated in such a manner. Read moreOver the past several years I have parked at this garage 10+ times without issue. This garage is safe, clean, and provides easy access to the Sheraton hotel, Prudential Center, and nearby attractions.
Unfortunately at the conclusion of my latest visit the payment machine took my ticket but refused to accept any of the several valid credit cards that I presented. This created a small traffic jam near the exit and forced other cars to make challenging maneuvers in order to let me exit the queue.
This facility does not provide any staff at the exit, and as a result, myself and another patron were forced to wait more than 20 minutes for an employee to arrive and sort out the payment machines.

Read moreThe worst parking I have ever experienced. Did not see the signs for pricing and did not realize how much it was till we exited the garage. I thought how bad could it be.... $40 for two hours. Are you kidding???? That is someone really taking advantage of people.
I tried to speak to the employee that worked there but he could of cared less. I cried because I don’t have that kind of money. I haven’t been that disgusted with an establishment ever!
Unless you are wealthy, I wouldn’t go here. Find somewhere else to park. The experience ruined my evening and I was hurt by the charge. It ruined one night of my vacation. I still haven’t been able to forget it and just let it go.
Hopefully writing to let you know will cure that. I wrote the company a letter and they never had the decency to respond. Horrible...
