Rock City Pizza — Restaurant in Boston

I ordered from here using Uber Eats last night for some sick comfort food. I ordered a 10 piece honey bbq wing, sweet potato fries, the fried dough, and a blue "gatorade" all for about $30.

Firstly, the wings were delicious! The container they put them in for delivery came with a lot of sauce for them to marinate in. I had asked on uber eats if I could do half honey bbq and half brown sugar. I don't think they did that because the receipt only said honey bbq and the container had them all together. Not complaining, just wanted to try both. Doing a half and half option would probably be a good idea for them to implement. Also, they gave me 11 wings so points for that :)

The fries were as good as any sweet potato fries I've had but fell prey to the bagged fry issue where they get soggy. It was a good amount of them though.

The blue gatorade I got was actually Powerade and there is a difference lol. I think they should change the drink name so people know what they're getting.

The fried dough was good! With the powder and caramel on top it was sweet. But I think they were also a bit tough and maybe over fried. When you bite into them there's a lot of air pockets. Overall, you get a good amount and they're tasty.

I have a coupon they sent in the mail for a pizza so I'm excited to try that next time and I think I would get the wings and fried dough again! Also decent turnaround time between when I ordered and when I got it (50...

Wow. Let me tell you what. I ordered this pizza, when I was absolutely blasted on the weekend. I ordered a large pepperoni pizza, for myself. Now, I ate about 6 slices before my friends found me in the hallway absolutely destroying this pizza. The pizza was so good I had to share it. Maybe they grabbed pieces but come on, I just packed in 6 slices. I should probably share at that point. End first part of story. About 3 days later I was once again craving pizza. Stone cold sober this time around. Just craving the classic Tuesday night ZA. I first thought, wow I am gonna order from Rock City AGAIN. My friends said, no way it will be as good as it was when you were drunk. SO... I said you know, lets just see about that. I made the phone call, got her ranch dressing on the side, and boom my ZA was on its way. I opened that large pepperoni pizza up, took one bite and yep it tasted just as good. That being said, I recommend this...

I’ve only ordered pickup here; it’s always been great. But they went above and beyond on New Year’s Eve. first of all, they were open late (weekend hours) even tho it was technically a weeknight - which was amazing. Then, when we placed an order and were late picking it up (and my phone was on silent so I missed them trying to call me about five times) they realized our mac n cheese bites were missing .. and even though we said we would be fine without them, they must have known that was sort of a lie, because they insisted we wait while they made some. It was only a few minutes, and totally worth it. I love Mac n cheese bites. Oh and they send email coupons pretty much every week for 15% off and also have a rewards program if you order directly through their site instead of whichever of the aggregate food delivery platforms is currently leading in the food delivery platform industry cannibal holocaust grudge...
