So we had a nightmare experience. I had a huge Christmas party order of tenders and a few buckets for 12/14/19. I tried calling a few days to figure out the best way/location to order. I finally got through Monday morning (to the manager). She directed me to split up the order and order through grubhub. I placed the order right after getting off the phone on 12/9/19. The order confirmation said to go in and pickup at 3:30- not to wait in line just go straight to pickup. That morning I was nervous so I decided to call and confirm. At 11:45ish I called 5 times with no answer. I decided to wait until the busy spell ended and called another 6 times at 2. At that point I gave up and had to head to the Christmas party location to set up. My husband had our two toddlers in the car and ran to pick it up and bring it to me for when the party started at 4. When he got there they did not have the order... At all (this has been prepaid mind you- 250+ peices of chicken 370$ total). They then told us (I was on speaker phone) that they could have the order in 30min. The food was not going to be served until 5 so we said ok. He waited over an hour for the order. They kept telling him 30min and the time just kept growing. Meanwhile he and my children missed the majority of the party and my entire night was ruined. The chicken didn't get to the party until almost 5:15pm. There were a ton of families and kids at the party and the kids were starving and the whole party was thrown off. We were so disappointed by the service we received. It was very stressful and disappointing. We will NEVER order from them again, especially for a large event š„it literally traumatized my family and my husband and I still can't even talk about it because it was such a nightmare evening for us...

Yesterday I attempted to visit the drive through to find a sign over the speaker saying 'Come inside, not working' then, I go in to find another sign saying 'System Down, not accepting credit/debit cards' - something the other sign easily could've said, but instead they choose to waste my time pointlessly. Then we get to today, where I called their listed phone number multiple times to see if their system was now working - none of these calls made it through. The leadership here is clearly ignorant of what even basic customer service entails, and for this reason I suggest you avoid this KFC like the plague and allow capitalism to solve this clear problem.
A side note is that the normal workers here are respectable individuals. I've visited this establishment previously and had a general positive experience. The issue with this KFC is clearly that the leadership couldn't care less about...

But my real question is what the hell is going on outside of this place? This is the second time now. That I have picked up food and witnessed the rat's just living it up outback!! Come on, now I like this place and I like the food but it's not pleasant to see these critters outside when you're getting Ready-to-eat? Whomever is the manager of this place, please you need to step up your pest control game! Those rats are looking too comfortable out there, and if they're hanging out back like that, you gotta wonder if they're Finding their way in somewhere. Please heads up your exterminator Contactor immediately, it's not looking...
