This was, without exaggeration, the worst dining experience I have ever had. The food was absolutely appalling — just look at the pictures of the so-called “pizza” I was served. Greasy, soggy, flavorless, and presented in a way that I would be ashamed to serve even at home. It looked and tasted like a complete disaster. Calling this “pizza” is frankly an insult to the word. But as bad as the food was, the service was even worse. The staff were unprofessional, inattentive, and completely dismissive of basic customer service. At times they behaved as if they were completely out of touch with reality, almost as if they were high — dazed, sluggish, and utterly unfit to deal with customers. When I asked for the bill, I had to repeat myself at least four or five times, stressing that I was catching a flight and literally had to leave immediately. They ignored me until I was practically begging to pay. This kind of behavior is not only rude — it is absolutely unacceptable. To waste a customer’s time in an airport setting, when every minute counts, shows a complete lack of respect or awareness. Combine that with the disgraceful food, and you have an establishment that has no business serving customers at all. I travel a lot, and I have eaten in countless places around the world, but this was hands down the most appalling experience I’ve ever had in a restaurant. The food was inedible, the staff seemed completely “high” and careless, and the overall atmosphere was nothing short of miserable. Avoid this place at all costs. It is a waste of your money, your time, and your patience.

I am sharing my experience from the branch at Logan airport in Boston. It was a bad and unprofessional service that i received. There was a kiosk and I used that to place the order electronically. At the desk, there was no one to serve me and that was fine. I used the kiosk and it was easy to use. I didnt notice that there was a handwritten sign placed informing customers that if they use the kiosk to order, they cannot be seated at the restaurant. They called this “take out”. We were at the airport. Another sign at the entrance of the restaurant, and that was a professional not handwritten sign read “seat yourself”. Well, i seated myself ignorant of (not ignoring) the handwritten sign, only to be addressed by an unwelcoming waitress. I collected myself and left the place and waited for my order. I then talked to them telling them at the restaurant that i used the kiosk to order and didnt notice the sign and still want to sit at the restaurant. I asked them politely if they can help me with this. They said that they cannot!!! There were plenty of empty tables at the restaurant. My order was almost 50 $ pizza and sandwich and salad and drink. I carried all that and sat on a seat by my gate not knowing how to eat. That is definitely impolite and unacceptable. I am a tourist at Boston and dinners and restaurants at airports are expected to be more welcoming and civil than in any other place. And i did order from the place. And a real order. Not a cup of coffee! And i asked for help and received none. It was a real shame. My first and last at this place. Ps. Food was good.

With over two hours to wait before boarding, I wanted to sit down for a light meal to kill some time. Since it's the airport, I expected inflated prices & low quality. Santarpio's Pizza at Logan Intl Airport in Terminal C was a pleasant surprise. There's a medium size bar. The dining area was crowded but I was able to seat myself at a table for two. Sure there was music playing from the overhead speakers but it wasn't deafening like the Mexican place close by. The waitress was very sweet & attentive even though she was busy. Ordered a pizza, which comes only in a 10" size thin crust and a house salad, which was more than adequate for sharing. Was it amazing pizza & salad? No, but the meal was pleasantly satisfying, better than expected & probably the best sit down option I noticed close to my gate. What surprised me the most was the price. Good value for decent food & friendly service. Recommended 👍

Absolutely terrible service. I ordered a pizza from the kiosk and then we sat in the dining room to wait for it. Not even a minute after being there a waiter came over and asked if we were all set to order. I told him I was waiting for a pizza from the kiosk order. He said I can't sit there unless I order from him as dine in. The place was freaking empty. So we got up and waited by the entrance. A few minutes past and we decided to sit at the bar and order drinks while we waited. Then my pizza came. A waitress came up to me when she saw me eating my to go pizza at the bar and said that next time I cannot sit there if I'm not dining in, even though we ordered drinks. The entire rest of the time while I finished my pizza, the 3 employees were all chatting about us. And I heard the woman said to the man "yeah I know I was in the ladies room when they sat down." I felt extremely uncomfortable and discriminated against. And when I finished my pizza I asked if I could leave the box there and she said "no there's a trash can over there" and pointed to one across the hall. Do yourselves a favor and do not waste your money here. Also the blue moon and ginger ale we ordered cost $18 BEFORE...
