I had the worst experience with this place .BEWARE OF THIS PLACE. I ordered a cake and some cake shots for my daughters birthday . They didn’t only take 2 weeks to let me know how much it was going to cost but they didn’t even make the cake how I told them I wanted . I wanted the platform of the cake to say happy birthday and my daughters name and that didn’t happen . They also made my cake last minute . The only reason I know it was made last minute because they called about an hour prior to the scheduled time for pick up and said they needed more time to finish the cake . If you are not able to do an order just say no . Once my husband picked up the cake as soon as we turned the corner the second level of the cake crumbled into the first level of the cake and then had the audacity to say it was our fault that the cake crumbled . I then called to see if they could give me another cake and they declined and said my husband was rude and would not do that . They said we would have to buy another one . I WILL NEVER EVER ORDER FROM THEM. They lost any future busy from me or anyone I know . They don’t have any customer...

The owners are disrespectful ,Racist and rude and need to learn how to talk to customers the correct way instead of arguing back. and get some actual parking for the business so people can actually park terrible ! is that how a business ran? being in the car and outside of it doesn’t make a difference. nobody was speeding you guys were rushing for a parking spot and at that seeing that we’re moving to fix ourselves and kept inching up more. you don’t even have a authorized parking spot for YOURSELF so YOU and YOUR people can call the city of boston you know 311? to get your parking spot situated and speak to the construction workers around YOUR business for YOUR parking spot so you don’t have to deal with problems😊 if anything YOU have to apologize for being a disrespectful broad talking to people like that in store and out of the store so much for the star of the store right? and for anybody that reads this, this isn’t the only...

Great spot for"Dominican Cakes", pastries, enpanadas (pastelitos), quipes, bollitos, and puddings. They are a little on the pricier side, however, they do make higher quality cakes. You can find the Dominican holiday staples like abichuela con dulce (sweet beans), arroz con dulce (rice pudding), flan, etc. I usually order 30 to 40 pastelitos (enpanadas) for parties. They cost $1.25 each and are round. They are are a little pricey but they are worth it. I love the ones with chicken but I also like the ones with cheese especially when hot. Their pastelitos (enpanadas) are not greasy and the dough they make them with is slightly sweet and they do not make you feel bloated or full. I purchased a cake from them on two occasions and they were good. I'm not a huge Dominican cake fan but they are good and decorated professionally. If you're looking for a Dominican cake for your party or appetizer platter,...

I had the pleasure of sending my dad and brother to Santia's Bakery to pick up a cake for my daughter's second birthday. To my delight, the cake they brought back was an exact match to the picture I found on Pinterest! The precision and attention to detail were impeccable. Not only was the cake visually stunning, but it also tasted divine. The flavors were rich and decadent, leaving everyone at the party craving more. The customer service provided by Santia's Bakery was exceptional. My family was greeted warmly, and the staff made sure everything was just right. I highly recommend Santia's Bakery to anyone looking for top-notch baked goods and exceptional service. Whether it's a birthday, wedding, or any other special occasion, you can trust Santia's Bakery to deliver perfection. I'm already planning my next visit, and I encourage others to experience the magic of Santia's Bakery for themselves! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Trying a local spot in neighborhood tonight! Got a Picaderas beef pastelito and got 2 beef & cheese empanadas for dessert got a Flan and a Tres Leches Cake! The Picaderas was a mini snack the beef was seasoned well and not too salty at all, the dough was light and airy cooked well and not oily. The empanada was huge didn’t know they made them so big! But that was a great surprise! The dough was flaky and not oily and the beef was fresh tasting seasoned to perfection! Very satisfying! Will try the chicken one next time! On to dessert the Flan was delicious well made good consistency and syrup was not to heavy. The Leches cake was good but most Tres Leches cakes I’ve had had extra cream in container this one was just more like a piece of cake could have used more extra cream. But all and all I was very pleased with everything and will be back!!!!

First time I ordered from here, I ordered a cake with pineapple filling and it was delicious. However, 2nd time around, I ordered a dulce de leche filling and although the dulce de leche itself was not so bad, the cake was very dry! The pink one was the pineapple filling cake, I order just the cake with the drip and touches of gold. I, however, decorated it with all the toppers you see on it. I made the covered chocolate strawberries myself and added the champagne and candies. The white and green one was the dulce de leche cake and I did ask for a similar cake, however, I did not like what they used for the cross and the plant leafs on the cake. It was just paper, the same material as the writing which I had asked for a standing topper but I guess the lady misunderstood me. Overall, I think this bakery is a hit or miss like most bakeries.
