Stop & Taste Pizza — Restaurant in Boston

I waited for over an hour for my food, never came. Called the restaurant and the woman said they were just starting my order. A whole hour later. I dont know what fast service everyone else received but that is not my experience. If i hadn't already paid on my card i would have canceled the order. Plus the way she spoke to me definitley made me want to take my money back. I will happily take my business elsewhere.

P.s. i just read other reviews and it seems like the issue is the lady in front who answers the phone and takes orders. Save yall self the irritation and just go somewhere else til she is fired but judging by the dates of previous grievances she aint goin anywhere so us customers should.

This used to be my go to! But they've been slacking the last few years. The register person is never paying attention to people who walk in. Therefore there's always a wait time. The high up counter makes it worse! Plus I can't see my food being prepped. The cooks are always loud and unprofessional.

If you want a couple slices of pizza, order ahead because they rarely have any available. You have to order online no matter what because when one calls, the person who takes the order "forgets" to pass it on to the cook. Be ready to either pay more via Uber eats or pay a pickup fee via chow now.

Every time I go in for slices they're never ready. So I called in advance this time, asked for chz slices, They said they got it. So I added an extra stop on my uber ride just to go there and find out it's not ready and they wanted me to wait another 12mins. Uber driver won't wait that long and has the option of canceling after 5mins. It's frustrating. I had a long shift and had a short time to grab slices before going back to work for another long shift. They wasted my time and money. I asked them to get it delivered and take off the delivery charge. They refused and tried to say no one called in an order for slices even tho I showed the cashier the call long when I was there.
