TGI Fridays — Restaurant in Boston

I'm extremely disappointed with the service my party of 9 and I received on 10/14. I made reservations ahead of time because I know it can get quite busy on the weekend. When I arrived, I expected the restaurant to be busy but to my surprise it was not. After being seated, we waited 30 min for drinks. After our drinks arrived they were watered down. They were HORRIBLE. Quickly we told our waitress about our drinks. Another 30 min went by no drinks! The waiter took our food order in the meantime. Eventually SOME of our drinks arrived. I asked for a second drink three times and it never came! Our food arrived and we realized we had no utensils. Politely we asked the waiter to bring us some. Then, my boyfriend realized that the burger he ordered was completely burnt (he asked for medium burger). My boyfriend asked to speak to the manager because despite our patience and open communication, nothing seemed to go well. The service was exteemly slow and things just kept getting “forgotten”. Once he spoke to the manger, she reassured him that she would take care of it. When we received the bill she had taken 20% off and left the general managers business card attached. The worst part of it all is that she never came back to the table to see how we felt or if we had any further concerns. She completely disappeared. She called herself the manager but from my experience managers don't just get up and leave. They follow through! This was very unprofessional on her end. We expected a 50% discount from our cheek if not 100%. When I say the service was HORRIBLE, this is an understatement. So the least she could have done was return to the table, address our concerns, and if there was something she felt like needed higher approval, THEN and only then should she have given us the general managers business card. Who by the way has not returned my email. Still waiting.

Our waiter lacked organization and communication skills. She was nice but just seemed unorganized. The lady who called herself a "manager" lacked leadership skills. Again, she never followed up with us and disappeared from the scene once my boyfriends spoke with her. Overall I do not recommend this...

Reader do you want to know my favorite restaurant? Well it is T.G.I.Fridays . I love going there with my family because we love the food, the atmosphere, and the games.

When you get the menu the prices are really low so you don't have to pay a lot of money for delicious food. If you think that's good, wait until you hear about the food . At T.G.I.Fridays they have lots different food types of food on the menu . My favorite food on the menu are their hot ribs, juicy burgers and soft fries. They also have lots of drinks too. There is a variety of sodas, juices, slushies, and frozen drinks. My favorite is the blue raspberry coolatta.

Now if you think this is my last reason, it is not. The atmosphere is funky. The decoration is so cool. The art on the walls are so artistic and creative. I like how people can listen to music while eating. You can also watch tv while you wait to place your order. When someone comes in the door the light always flashes.

Do you like to be entertained? Well they have fun games to play. They have a pool table, video games, and an hockey air table. My favorite game is the hockey air table because the puck moves on air and when someone scores a goal you get a point. 10 points move you to next round.

T.G.I.Fridays is the best restaurant. You and your family can make it fun. They have affordable food that tastes great. The decorations are cool and they have games for all ages to play. I'm sure you'll love it as much as my family and I does.

On Friday I was not hungry but my mom and dad said we are going to Fridays. When we entered, I smelled it and it made me hungry. It smelled like ribs. We were on line for 5 minutes and then we got our table. I ordered ribs with barbecue sauce. They were epic. I also like Fridays because you can watch TV. They were playing football when I was there. People watch football and watch their team win there. There is a bar there too for people to order drinks. You should go to Fridays because it's an interesting...

If I could give this place a zero I would. It’s the most disgusting and unprofessional environment. They are not trained or equipped for large parties and if the restaurant gets packed…. They are like a group of deers caught in headlights. Waited 3 hours in total, group of 15 people. We waited a hour and 20 mins after we ordered to have the first meal brought out. Then to continue to have meals brought one at a time, and that’s with 30 to 40 minutes in between each meal delivery. My 4 year old niece , ordered Mac and cheese and we literally watched it sit at the kitchen window waiting for delivery , going cold. My daughters burger was undercook and I pray she doesn’t get sick from it. My sisters chicken was cold, cause you know getting service a hot meal is clearly impossible. Then with food brought out, they bring no silver wear to eat. Like seriously? Ordered a water, that never made it to the table. Like yes bringing a water is the hardest thing to do. A water?!

But maybe I could look past that if the manger wasn’t so rude and clearly blind to the way he was running his business. To try and charge me for food that wasn’t eatable or was never brought out. Stating they where backed up, but he didn’t feel the need to walk his floor and apologize to his customers. Just leave them blinding and confused for 3 hours.

Waste of my time, 3 hours. My daughter graduation. And this place and this staff did nothing but turn a day of celebration into stress. It is now 9:25pm and I have 5 hungry children to feed.
