Dear morning shift Baristas, and with the initials AG: You give very unprofessional service.

Do not rudely correct a customer when they're kindly reminding you to fulfill the food order you forgot to complete. Do not boss around your coworker for an order you forgot. Do not forget to retrieve food from the warming oven. You first didn't correct your own mistake, but bossed someone else into warming the pastry and then they left it in for so long that together you both burned the last kind of that pastry. Stop gossiping behind the counter, complaining about your job as it distracts you and your coworkers while working, leads to forgetting orders, and everyone in the cafe seating area can hear exactly what you're saying. Stop yelling in the cafe. Yelling spoils the comfortable atmosphere for customers. Your bathrooms reek of urine that can be smelled from the hallway and do not have sanitary items stocked.

Went there today at 11 am and they had the door propped wide open. Inside was pretty cold because of the wind. With nowhere else to sit as a party of 3 at the time, we had to sit in front of the door. My 86 year old mom had to use the hood of her coat since it was cold inside as it was outside. I tried to close the door and one of the female baristas scolded me to not close the door because there was condensation on the ceiling of the coffee shop. She did not assist us in moving to another table and looked at me rudely when I asked her where I should place my used dishes. Got the iced coffee because it was a pretty hot Sunday, and it hit the spot perfectly. Plenty of street parking available and close proximity to the park makes this place ideal for grabbing a cup of ☕️ and going for a nice walk. The cozy atmosphere inside is perfect whether you're settling in to relax or just grabbing something to go.
