Beautiful interior, including the friendly young ladies working behind the counter. Restaurant was clean and welcoming. Dough was perfectly cooked, each slice stood up all the to the tip, so that the only toppings which fell off, where those that simply sat stop the amassment of fresh flavors and spicy inticements that made up what they were willing to so generously portion on my pie and as so superfluous, couldn't remain upon the slice. Sauce was well balanced with the proper amount of acidity and the cheese was in my opinion perfectly portioned so that it gave some of its melty greatness in each bite but didn't mute out any of the toppings' flavors. I suspect many of the ingredients fresh and either way nicely sourced. The whole process was actually touching as I observed a team of pie bakers make a magic of ingredients and kind customer service. When I told the gentleman he could make me any milkshake he wanted he craftfully blended a chocolate - strawberry with Oreos dessert beverage that was delicious by itself and also paired well with the spicy bits I asked for on my pie; each bite and gulp ( I say gulp, because it was proper thick and wouldn't suck up through the straw in the state served, but was drinkable) either exploding onto my tounge spicy heat or cooling sweet. As a person whom only eats food sometimes to have something to consume sauce with, I would be chagrin to not have to say the sauces offered to finish your pizza is a great way to pack even more tastebud ecstasy into a single meal. I tried the hot honey which was on point. Before my meal, I had asked for a glass of water for my dog and the nice woman helping me offered a bowl instead, the entire experience was very thoughtful. They seem to really like what they do and at least this MOD crew is exceptional at it. I had never been to any MOD and this was a first visit that has earned my eager second trip. I regret not having cash to tip them something for their charasmatic personal efforts, but I definitely will next time. Thank you all, especially the beautiful pie artisan whom did not center load, but placed the toppings, spread the sauce, and blanked on the cheese perfectly. It was exactly what I needed in that...
Read moreDISGRACE!! 2 pizzas were ordered ahead of time, due to the cold weather we were running behind because had to jump start my vehicle. If the pizzas were made as ordered as over phone ticket would be, then there is ZERO reasons as to why I couldn't get my 2 pizzas with 3 min to closing. I pulled in and the store was already almost fully mopped, fine, the food was being wrapped and put away, fine. The oven was still kinda on and prob on cool down cycle, fine. But where were my pre-ordered pizzas? The door was locked ahead of 10pm, and the 3 workers did everything they could to not make eye contact. I wrote a note and placed it upon the glass stating (my sister who needs to eat at certain times for health reason), had already ordered over phone . I kept getting shrugged shoulders and ABSOLUTE disrespect for the fact I arrived at 9:57pm nd tried expressing to them that I'm not a walk-in who needs something freshly made, I just needed to pick up my ordered food AHEAD (yet close* to closing time The last gesture was a guy with a beanie on and short brown hair with a short beard I'm assuming a shift manager tapped his watch, came to the door and claimed couldn't open door since already locked...which is a lie. He repeated the gesture to me as well while my sister stood by door with confused look *she doesn't always understand. We come here often, her especially *3-5xmo) and this was such a disgrace to a company I hold in such high regard. If they did their jobs accordingly, would have been able to just open the door, ring her up and been on the way and been out of the store before actual closing time at 10! The smiles behind the beanie, bearded guy was so irritating and smug, I don't even know if I'll ever be back. Oh, and they were still working at 1045, so it's not like helping her would've kept them 😡. Happy holiday spirit MOD employees from...
Read moreThe pizza is good love the new cauliflower crust. I work close by and its my go to when I have an oops forgot my lunch day, but have been disappointed the last 3 times my pizza has been wrong when I pick it up this last time I put in my online order quite early and it was still wrong. Today I ordered a cauliflower crust pizza via an online order because I only have a 30 minute lunch. I went and waited once everyone else got their pizza they asked how they could help me I told them an online order. They said they dint make it because I requested dairy free cheese on a cauliflower crust and they have had to throw multiple away because people order it thinking its made with just cauliflower. The problem I had was I also ordered Feta on my pizza... which is not vegan and cheese. So I had like 10 mins by the time it was ready to eat it they didn't offer me anything for having to stand and wait luckily i had my dog so i walked out and walked her around a bit. The team didn't seem to care too much or be very considerate of the fact that they ruined what little time i had for lunch. Luckily a sushi place is going to open one door down from where i work now I will have somewhere else I can go when I forget my lunch. This place always seems under staffed and it seems like everyone is just trying to get through the...
