We love trying non-chain restaurants when we go on shopping trips or travel in general. Today we had an appointment in Boulder City and decided to give this place a shot. We placed our order online and were given an estimate for when it would be ready. After arriving and letting them know we were there they brought out the food. It was ready and hot when they said it would be. I didn't take any pictures of the building like I normally would as they are in the middle of a remodel. It would be unfair to show what it looks like when that will soon be different. I also didn't get any pictures of the food because, honestly, we started eating and couldn't stop. I ordered the Best Dam Panini with spicy mustard and Spicy Fries (6 chili spice), my wife ordered the Fish & Chips and our 4 yr old twins had the Chicken Tenders.
The Best Dam Panini was great! The top sirloin was tender and flavorful, the panini perfectly pressed to retain a slight crunch without turning soggy and the coleslaw topped with spicy mustard just took it to that next level of texture and flavor. The Spicy Fries had a wonderful flavor with just a hint of heat.
The Fish & Chips were, and I quote my wife here, "The best I have had in Nevada, Utah or Arizona". The Fish was flaky and not overly cooked. It has a very nice tempura batter on them. I personally don't like fish but after being convinced to try them, I think I may order some next time. She had a side of slaw and it tasted like the same as on my sandwich. The slaw was firm without being overly crunchy and had just the right amount of dressing mixed in.
The Chicken Tenders were nice and moist on the inside with a great batter on the outside. The fries were a basic crinkle cut but very well seasoned. My twins couldn't stop eating them! I finished off the Tenders my kids were unable to.
Lastly we bought a bottle of their Garlic Habanero hot sauce. I LOVE hot sauces and have everything ranging from basic Habanero, Ghost Pepper, to Bhut Jolokia sauces. While this one isn't a burn your mouth hot, it gives a pleasant warmth and amazing flavor with the garlic starring front and center. An added bonus was you don't get that typical vinegar tang like with most sauces! Yes, I opened it in the car and had to give it a taste :)
Very impressed with the friendly and prompt service and quality of food. We will absolutely be coming back in the future to sample more of the menu and hopefully have in-door dining...

Went on 11/2/19 with my husband. We ordered two 4 piece chicken meals with macaroni and cheese ($13.) We also ordered a side of spicy fried cauliflower ($5.)
It was busy because it was 12:49 PM on a Saturday, so despite the sign that says please allow 15 minutes for the fried chicken, we were told it would be 20-25 minutes. Okay, that's fine.
At 1:33 PM, 44 minutes after ordering, my husband went to ask the lady who seems to be the owner if our order had been lost or perhaps given to someone else. The lady snapped that it hasn't been 45 minutes yet. My husband said, "how would you know, you didn't even look at our receipt? We ordered at 12:49."
Our food finally came out to our table at 1:43 PM - 54 minutes after ordering. All the sudden the owner was keen to check on us and make sure everything was fine, did we need boxes, etc. That sort of service would have been nice while we were actually waiting for our food.
We noticed we had extra biscuits and mac and cheese with our order, but it didn't matter because we always toss any bread that comes with our meals and the mac and cheese was a congealed mess that we tossed in the trash.
I noticed other patrons having to ask where parts of their orders were because stuff was missing. A little boy at another table, probably about 6, was wimpering because he was hungry. I don't know what was going on that they were so frazzled, but for a place with a drive through window that they were taking orders from, this is ridiculous.
I totally understand getting backed up or running out of product, but don't insult your customers by saying it will be 20 minutes when it's going to be an hour. My time is valuable just as much as anyone else's time is.
I would rather an owner be honest with me and I'll come back when whatever their issue is is sorted, than be lied to and my time wasted.
We had planned to get dessert after our meal, but we were so annoyed, we left and won't be returning. I can't stand liars or those who waste my time, so I let a group of women in line know that it took them an hour to get our food out to us. They walked out...

I would have liked to give five stars. I left my name and number with a young lady named I think ( she said owner wasn’t Available but she was a manager and would give my number to Jill, the owner) Christine from Chilly Jilly. I wanted the owner to call me before I reviewed her Patio restaurant. It’s been 8 days and no response. So thus three stars. I chose the Patio for my adult sons to take me for Mother’s Day dinner. I don’t like crowds so we went the night before Mother’s Day.
Pros: very nice atmosphere casual but nice. Santa looking man playing music was great. Server was good. Prices and quality was good. We had my adult sons , 8 year old granddaughter and myself. One appetizer of ok crab cakes, great lemon chicken soup , Halibut , Chilean sea bass and ribeye dinner. Two scrumptious deserts!!
Cons: why would you charge $6 for a plate two share a little my granddaughter? She ate 6 tiny pieces of steak , one carrot , one broccoli and the complimentary garlic bread! I understand if I was sharing with an adult but a 48 pound kid that would not be interested in the adult nothing bellow $22 menu. No problem no kids menu , but really $6 to give her a little plate ????? Instead I ordered a cup of coffee so she could use my saucer for the small amount she ate. I have no problem the bill was almost $200, my problem is the $6 charge for a plate for a kid ???? I wanted to talk to Jill the owner before posting , but she never bothered to call me ? I’m surprised and hope she in the future allows a...
