I order every single Friday . I’d like to think that I’m a GREAT tipper too. I’ve been told that when my address pops up the drivers have a friendly competition to bring my order because it’s a guaranteed tip. I order kind of late on Fridays because I work late and when I got the wrong chicken wings at almost midnight on Friday, I tried to call them and they didn’t answer. I tried to put the note on the mobile app and there’s no way to get a credit. I put the incorrect chicken in my fridge and brought it back on Sunday. I simply asked the manager girl (who’s notorious for having an attitude towards everyone) she said that’s too bad I didn’t get a hold of anyone at midnight Friday night/early Saturday morning and she won’t give me a credit . I said seriously? I order 52 Fridays a year for 5 years and she didn’t care whatsoever and looked at me like I did something wrong. She acts like it’s our fault as customers. This young skinny white chick with the glasses is awful. She doesn’t take any responsibility or accountability. Kind of stupid to not fix an order because they didn’t answer the phone. all I wanted was a credit for my untouched chicken wings that were clearly wrong. I’d think that if somebody order every single week they would want to fix the order to continue getting thousands of dollars a year from this one address and the fact that her drivers get a good tip. Read moreI would advise you to not EVER order from this specific Dominoes. Especially if the manager Paul is on call that day. He treats his customers with an air of unprofessionalism that is frankly appalling. He made an error with my order in a small town with less than 10,000 people and then had the audacity to tell me that they were so busy and he had drivers out everywhere that he wasnt able to fix my order for more than an hour! Our town is so small it takes me less than 5 minutes to drive out of it completely at any one point! Then he decided that he was too busy to solve my problem and just hung up on me, and refused to answer my phone calls when I tried to call back, even threatening to call the cops on me when all I wanted was a reason why he hung up on me and was unwilling to solve my problem better. My family orders out 3+ times a week and we will NEVER be putting money towards this...
Read moreWe were stopping through Boulder City on our way to Arizona and ordered a pizza one night (December 27, 2019). We were staying at a nearby hotel. When we ordered a gluten free pizza for my son, the manager took care to clean the surrounding area of residue from non gluten free pizza, and made sure that the other employee used only clean utensils for the prep of the pizza. We really appreciate that he took the time to ask if our order choice was for preference or for health reasons (it is for health reasons). It is so nice to come across people who are caring about that sort of thing (most people aren't).
