I couldn't be anymore grateful for the level of customer service I received from Oro & Jewelers... I had stopped by Oro & Jewelers because they had a sign out front for gun engraving. I had recent purchase a billet aluminum trigger group to install a binary trigger in for a Ruger 10/22. Rather than use the cheap stickers I decided that I would have the selector markings engraved. When I walked in I was immediately greeted with warm welcomes. They said that they could do the job. I returned the following Monday and call to check on the status on Wednesday to my surprise it was already finished. I picked it up that afternoon and returned to work. When I got home, I notice that one sided was not straight. I emailed Oro & Jewelers and explained the error. They started working on the situation immediately and asked for my patience since it was a holiday. I accepted and waited for a response. This is where Oro & Jewelers went above and beyond. The error was caused by a machine malfunction and since the input was the same for both side of the trigger group and it is an odd shape, the error was missed. Keep in mind that this was a slight error but since it was next to a machined surface it was obvious. Not only did they refund my money but also paid for the part.... without any frustration or problems they took care of this. This level of customer service is almost non-existent these days. They could have just gave me store credit or refunded just the service cost. They could have argued or tried to attempt to re-do the engraving. Their biggest concern was that I was happy. They made me feel valued and that I mattered. They are genuine and actually care. I will use them for all of my fll needs, jewelery, watch, and firearm purchases in the future. Again, I can not say enough about them. I can assure you that you can feel safe and confident with any purchase or service from Oro & Jewelers!!!

Read moreI rarely post bad reviews, but this has been going on for 2 months. A watch that was gifted to me stopped working. So I went to Oro Jewelers and dropped off the watch on 04/25/2024. They said they can fix it and it will take 2 weeks. 2 weeks passes by and nothing. Called them and no one was answering. Went to their shop and their shop was CLOSED!!! Not just closed for the day, i meam closed for business!! No warning, no courtesy call no nothing that they are temporarily closing. They left a phone number on their window. They at least have the courtesy to do that. Called the number and talked to Francis. At this point I just want to get my watch back. I don't even mind if they fix it or not, as long as I get it back for sentimental reasons. What did they say, we do not know where the watch is. What??? How can you not know? This kept going on for weeks.
I just got my watch back today, 06/27/2024. Yes 2 months! And they still wanted me to pay the full price! They stated that it was what we agreed on. Yeah, that's true, it was what we agreed on...we also agreed on 2 weeks! I don't mind paying for services, but not full price. They agreed to 15% discount. Fine. I'm too heated to argue so I paid and left. Now, I'm checking the watch out to see if there's anything wrong. Yup, the retainer for the watch band is BROKEN. Called them up and they say that they don't tighten it too much when they put it on the winder. Then why is the guy having trouble getting it off? I'm done with this business. I like giving mom and pop's shop business, but I will never go back to Oro Jewelers. Somehow, I can't post pictures here, if I could, I'd post the watch band retainer being broken.
No accountability for their actions. They just want to get their money without any regards to their customers. The workers blame the owners, and the owners blame the workers. Your experience may vary, but for me, I will never go...
Read moreI needed a repair, my diamond had fallen out of my wedding ring. This was my first time using Oro. Staff is very friendly and informative. The jeweler explained to my setting and why the diamond was falling out and how they can make sure it won’t come out again. They did an amazing job adding prongs and did a rhodium flash on it as well. The price was amazing! I was expecting a lot higher. They promised me the ring back by a certain date and called when it was done. And it was on the date promised. I like it was done on site. A lot of the places I called send the jewelry out for repair and don’t insure it if it is lost in transit. I will continue business with Oro. Super fast and very friendly. Thank you for naming my ring...
