Hacienda Interiors — Local services in Boulder City

We live in Boulder City and visit often to purchase items for our home and gifts for friends and family. We always bring out of town guests to the store as well. Today July 23rd at 1215 PM we came in to purchase a gift, my boyfriend paid cash for the item when he was advised he would get a small discount for paying cash. The woman behind the counter apologized and said we ran out of bags and could not bag the item he just purchased. He said thats ok. My concern was not having a receipt to show proof of purchase especially when paying cash there is absolutely no record of that transaction. I asked her isn't it a law that you have to provide some proof of purchase to the consumer when paying cash, or offer a receipt especially if the person we gift this too wanted to come in and make an exchange or upgrade the item. The sales clerk immediately became rude and condescending and even cussed by saying Jesus Christ lady what is your problem. She needs to have customer service training or you will lose customers. We arrived at Hacienda Interior at approximately 4:25pm. My hubby had just removed my wheelchair out of the back of our truck when we both noticed a man walk towards the gate. We both thought he was coming out to see if he could help us find anything as there was a lot of beautiful pieces of decor on the outside wall. Customer service is definitely not a part of this persons business because instead of helping us he turned the “OPEN“ sign to “CLOSED” and walked back inside the store!! We were absolutely flabbergasted!! We could not believe what just happened!!

This man’s lack of professionalism and kindness cost him that day! We are in the process of revamping our backyard and we’re ready to spend some money in his store to decorate the hot tub area!

Rudeness is not going to help...

This place is amazing. The stuff they are making is one of a kind and truly works of art. We purchased a few items from here and could not be happier with the quality of craftsmanship. This place is worth stopping by if you're in the area. They have a huge variety of items available for your decorating needs. These pieces of art are truly amazing.
