I genuinely can't believe the experience I just had here. The employee made it half way through making my calzone put his backpack on and left. My calzone was left on the counter uncooked for 20+ minutes before a new employee finally arrived and finished making it. This was after I had already paid so I had to wait for my food. The new employee didn't apologize or say offer any sort of refund. He then proceeded to accuse my friend of not paying and we had to show him the receipt from his own cash register. If this place had a working phone number I would call and demand a refund for how horrible of an experience This was, never mind the fact that the food is underwhelming and bland. Read moreI love DP dough... don't get me wrong.. but the last couple times ordering from them has left a bad taste in my mouth. Last time I ordered delivery from them, I received someone else's order entirely.. and now this time.. I ordered for delivery over 2 hours ago. When I called back (3 seperate times) I got put on hold for 10 mintues+ (after speaking with a rep about my concerns) before I just hung up. How is this acceptable customer service? I even already paid.

I ordered my food for delivery through the DP Dough app. I have tried calling the store and can hear the phone being hung up as soon as it’s picked up. Since I can’t reach anyone I am unable to ask for a refund. At this point it is too late to wait for the food since it would be cold. I need a refund immediately due to this situation.
