I recently dined at this cozy little Vietnamese restaurant, and I was absolutely blown away! The moment I walked in, I felt right at home. The owner greeted me with a warm, friendly smile, and I could immediately sense how much pride and care they put into their restaurant.
I ordered the pho, and let me tell you—it was nothing short of amazing! The broth was incredibly rich and flavorful, and every bite felt like a warm hug. You can really taste the authenticity in each ingredient, from the tender beef to the fresh herbs. It’s clear that this place is all about serving love in a bowl.
What made the experience even more special was the atmosphere. The restaurant had this lovely, homey vibe that made me feel like I was sitting down for a meal at a friend’s house. The owner even stopped by my table to chat, making the experience that much more personal...
Read moreI recently discovered Kim's Food To Go and it has quickly become my favorite pho spot in Boulder, Colorado. Despite its unassuming exterior, this place serves up some of the best pho I've ever had. In fact, I'd say it's the best pho I've ever pho-und (see what I did there?).
I've been to a lot of pho places in my day, but Kim's Food To Go takes the pho-dder (sorry, I can't help myself). The broth is rich and flavorful, the noodles are perfectly cooked, and the toppings are always fresh and abundant. Plus, they have a good selection of vegetarian options for all you plant-based pho-lovers out there.
So if you're in Boulder and looking for a pho-nomenal (I'm sorry) bowl of pho, look no further than Kim's Food To Go. Just don't let the unassuming exterior fool you - this place is a pho-real (I'll...
Read moreKim's is so dang good. For Boulder the prices are reasonable, you could leave happily with enough food for two or three meals spending less that 15 dollars with tip if you order smart. Not to mention that this is a family owned business in Boulder, on the hill. In an area surrounded by chains, bars, and plenty of other options being able to support local owned small businesses is a treat in itself. The inside is cozy and quaint, the service is amazing, and the owners are some of the nicest people you will meet. The food is great as well. I like the simple fried rice with some kind of meat, and I usually opt for an egg roll, or dumplings if I want one/them. Kim's is open 7 days a week, and is some of the best food I've had in Boulder. Can't recommend it enough for anyone on or...
