I never write reviews, but my experience at this rush bowls location will have me never returning because the owner publicly humiliated his employee while people were in the store.
When I got in, the register was down because of a power outage. No biggie. The worker, Taylor, was lovely and welcomed me in but told me it would be a bit. She was on speaker phone with the franchise owner, a male, who was walking her through getting the power back on for the register. Once it gets fixed and back on, the owner proceeds to berate Taylor on speaker phone in while she was in front of customers. And not just about work - personal attacks about her character and work ethic, and stating she’s a terrible employee who needs attitude improvement. This was completely embarrassing and unprofessional for a grown man to berate humiliate a young female in front of people. And from my experience, Taylor was great, and the owner is the one who needs an attitude adjustment. Will not be supporting this business anymore, and I hope you...
Read moreI am really confused & disappointed at how this rush bowls has changed. I’ve been in Boulder for 4.5 years & make a trip to this store at least twice a month, but on recent trips there, the items have had ZERO flavor.
You probably think I’m being dramatic, but I literally thought I had COVID because my smoothie tasted like nothing. I did not have COVID and my fiancée tried it and was just as confused as I was. I ended up tossing it into a blender with protein powder to give it some kind of taste.
The next time i went in (today, a couple weeks later), I got him the PBJ bowl with honey & banana. When he tried it, he said the base again tasted like nothing, so it was like eating peanut butter and ice.
I can deal with the uninterested college kids that work here, but I’m really dissatisfied with these $12-$15 bowls that don’t taste like there’s...
Read moreIf you love healthy food this is the place to get it. I absolutely love Rush Bowls! I usually get the berry acia bowl with extra granola and energy. That's my favorite bowl. They have many different flavors to choose from and many different topings. It always fills me up and gives me energy to last my whole shift. I usually get one before work. The bowls themselves are great size as well. Not too much, but just enough to fill you. You can pay with a debit card and Google Pay. Which I really like. Everytime I went it wasn't too busy. I like a lot. I can sit on the seats outside and wait for my bowl to get done. It only takes a few minutes to prepare them as well. If you are looking for a great pick me up this is the...
