Do not go to this place for a mattress in Boulder. I paid $4500 for a tempurpedic soft mattress and base. I did buy a floor model, which I understand should be non refundable, but I was sure I heard the salesperson, Victor (who reads like a used car salesman on a lot you don't want to go to) say that I could exchange for another if I didn't like it as clearly and loudly advertised by Mattress Firm. After a week of using the mattress my wife and I found that we both gravitated towards the middle and ended up on top of each other. Good not sleeping, but not so good sleeping. In addition, the reason I got a Tempurpedic was because I bought into how good it was supposed to make a side sleeper with back problems feel. I found that it actually made my back challenges worse. I went to the store and told Victor my problem and asked for another mattress to try. I would not mind paying the difference. He said that it's unfortunate but there's nothing to do about it. It's written clearly on the receipt that there's no exchanges or refunds on floor models. I didn't read the fine print and I take responsibility for that. I just thought a good company would want to make right a situation where a customer who paid $4K for something was satisfied, especially using their product 8 hours nightly. But they did not. We don't even get a thank you, a free box spring, a pillow, delivery as advertised or any paperwork of our purchase. He was very unprofessional and rude. We felt unwelcome as customers. Ones we got the bed and box spring we find out the Josh Lee sold us a lopsided bed!
We called the store the next day asking for a full refund of our purchase. So we could go some where else that would appreciate our business as customers. When calling the store we got a hold of a store rep named Genie. Genie take the time to listen to what happened and why we were asking for the full refund..
Genie was dumb founded for words on how unprofessional and rude Josh Lee was to us... She asked us if we would come into the store to try to make it up to us some how... She offered to upgrade us to a better bed with free box spring, pillow and delivery..
Genie was very apologetic to us and went way above and beind the call of duty. Genie Was one of the most professional personnel I have meet in my life and that is saying something Considering I worked in customer service for Apple for the last 10 years.. We can not thank Genie enough for what so did for us... mom say it the best bed she had in a very long time!

Read moreMy experience with Mattress Firm was pretty disappointing. I picked out a couple of nice pillows and was really excited for them as a Christmas gift. I ordered them and paid in full on Saturday December 12th. I asked to have them shipped to the store so I could pick them up and disguise them before Christmas, and was told they’d arrive on Tuesday the 15th or Thursday the 17th at latest. When I hadn’t heard anything by that Thursday I called the store and reached Dietrich. I found out that the pillows hadn’t been shipped yet, but also that my email address has been entered incorrectly. We got that fixed, and I figured I’d receive the delivery notification soon. On Saturday the 19th I was nearby so went back into the store just to check, as I’d not received any email still. Then, Dietrich told me the manufacturer had to make the pillows to order! What?! How could Victor have expected them to be ready in three days? And why wasn’t I informed of that when I ordered them? I waited until today, Wednesday December 23rd, and then cancelled my order. Victor and Dietrich were both very nice, and I’m grateful that Mattress Firm was willing to refund my money.
