To your response:
Very kind of you to open with “your inaccuracies”. There are no inaccuracies on my review. You actually did not take the time to go over them. Pretty clear to see who attended us, when you say that unfortunately for you it did not work for you. There were kids from other families in there dancing by the tv while the game was on, but since they were not Latinos like us, then they were behaving better? Great work on that!
The Tito’s vodka reference is from six years ago. See how my last review is an update. About local spirits, at least try to be honest. You carry Makers Mark, Diplomatico Rum and many others, while there’s plenty of Breckenridge offer for these spirits. About local offers on beers, Avery and Four Noses used to be there as well.
About the trucks I actually praised you. But you’re too busy earning your own bile acid at this point to offer clients a better treatment.
You say that we were too far from where the kids were, which is not true, we were one table away from the couches, which is where our kids were. That night there were five tables occupied. Check your videos. I did not say kids facilities (which kind of actually used to be there five years ago, on the outside, where people used to play corn hole on the turf).
You did go over my belongings, when there were jackets, sweaters hoodies and else. Two moms and four kids were sitting next to them. Don’t go over our belongings again. It’s rude. The bottle was a gift, of which we had no idea it was going to be brought.
For how rude you’re online, I’m not surprised of how you did that night.
Update-Nov 2024: Most of the regular beers are gone. It surprised me to see knock offs (raspberry blonde from Ska and not from 4 noses). The dark beers were excessively hoppy (not not my opinion). The food trucks were quite good (quite expensive as well, though). Another sad surprise was the treatment from the hosts towards our kids. The place was almost empty (only four tables, given that thanksgiving had just been) and they didn’t like the kids “playing hide and seek around”. Another sad surprise was that one of the hosts went trough our belongings “looking for outside alcohol”
Beers and food trucks. Play space for the kids with no nearby traffic. Pros: a bit of everything in terms of beers. The food trucks are good and stay there for three hour shifts. Nice ambient inside with plenty of seating and space. Cons: the beer is often not as cold as it should. They’ve cut down the beer menu a bit leaving some good things out. Parking is terrible. Almost forgot: They serve vodka (Tito’s Vodka, which is awful) and other drinks, which will definitely going be you the buzz. Stay...
Read moreWe hosted our rehearsal dinner and welcome party at The Rayback, and it was absolutely incredible! The location was perfect — relaxed, fun, and so uniquely Boulder. We rented a private section inside (just part of the room) for a very affordable rate, and it worked out perfectly. We had a dedicated server for our area who was incredibly sweet and attentive, and the bartenders were just as friendly and welcoming. The management team was fantastic to work with — so responsive, organized, and flexible. They even let us set up a welcome drink and do a tasting beforehand, which was such a thoughtful touch and helped us feel confident leading up to the big weekend.
We were initially a little unsure about reserving only part of the space since we had about 50 people at the rehearsal dinner and more than 200 guests come through for the welcome party. But the Rayback team was right — the venue is so spacious and well laid out that it never felt crowded or chaotic. Everyone had an amazing time, and the energy of the space made it the perfect spot to kick off our wedding weekend.
The food trucks were also a huge hit, especially for guests who arrived after the rehearsal dinner and wanted something to eat. And for the families that joined us, the open outdoor space gave the little ones plenty of room to run and play, which made it comfortable and fun for everyone.
We stayed until close because no one wanted to leave — that’s how much fun it was! We can’t recommend The Rayback enough for any celebration or group event. They truly helped make our weekend...
Read moreIt’s incredibly hard to find a venue in Boulder that offers space, food, and a bar all in one at a good price—but I was so lucky to find the Rayback Collective! It was the perfect place for our Air Force Commissioning party, where we celebrated 34 Second Lieutenants with their families and friends. From the very first meeting with Brittany and Bailey, I knew we were in the right hands. They immediately understood our vision and helped bring it to life, from coordinating with food trucks to organizing the bar setup. Connor, the onsite manager, and the entire bar staff were amazing—professional, organized, and easy to work with. Since three families co-sponsored the event, RBC even helped us manage the budget with color-coded drink and food truck tickets so each family could track their own guests. The space was flexible, with plenty of varied seating and table options, and we were allowed to come in an hour early to decorate and set up snacks. The microphone and large video screen were thoughtful additions that added to the atmosphere, even though we didn't end up using the screen. The entire staff stayed on top of every detail throughout the night, and when we asked the newly commissioned Lieutenants if the celebration met their expectations, they said "Absolutely!" If you're planning a celebration in Boulder and want a venue that truly cares about your event, I highly recommend the Rayback Collective. Fair pricing, amazing staff, and a great vibe—they’ll make sure your event feels exactly like what it should be: a...
