Baskin-Robbins — Restaurant in Bountiful

HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE BY EMPLOYEE AND MANAGEMENT!!! GO TO COLD STONES INSTEAD!!! I ordered an Oreo ice cream pie for $19.99 thru door dash online delivery, the employee with Baskin Robins then called me when the delivery driver was there and said “they didn’t have the pie available in the Oreo flavor I had ordered and said they had an Oreo ice cream Cake but it was $24.99 ($5 more)” but I had already paid online so I would need to cancel my order and re-order thru door dash online and wait another 30 mins for the order to process. I asked them to just understand because they were out of what I ordered to please compensate and just send the cake because it was all they had in Oreo flavor. She then called her manager and explained what I was asking for the manager obviously said no and that when she said to pay the $5 and cancel and order again that I argued with her when I was actually very polite and reasonable. I felt very offended by the fact she would lie to her managers about that and also that the manager didn’t understand the value of the customer and the situation and say ok to the $5 difference that was all profit for him anyways. The only reason this situation happened in the first place is because what I had ordered they couldn’t make. Worst customer service ever! Literally go here all the time and this place is straight chaos. They have absolutely no idea who came in first and they constantly serve people who are rude and push their way to the front and get helped before courteous people who were patiently are waiting for some help. You will get looked at 5 times and they will just go up to someone else and help them. I left without even buying anything because they literally wouldn’t help me, 4 people got there after me and they helped them first! I go into this place all the time and I am one of the only people that gives them tips on top of the stuff I buy almost every time! There was a couple all over each other being very uncomfortable, their backs were turned to the counter right next to me and the staff came up helped them first I literally couldn’t believe it. If I could give less than one star, I would. In July, my daughter and nieces went in for some ice cream (my treat). They were treated extremely rudely-like the employees were annoyed that they came in. Then, every scoop of ice cream they got was the size of a baby scoop. It was almost like they were trying to stick it to them for coming in. We paid top dollar for almost no ice cream. We took pics of the miniature-sized scoops and I complained to the manager. I told her how they were treated and showed her the pics. She was very awkward on the phone, hardly even apologized for the horrible service we got, and never made it right with us.
