5/5 stars for smoothies 😍😍😍😍 1/5 or less for employee behavior/customer service.
Keva employees were not their best today. I know during this crazy Covid-19 time and with certain guidelines, businesses are just glad to be open and earning money. I love Keva smoothies and wanted to help out local businesses. But I also know that during my visit today, there were 4-5 other cars waiting for orders and Keva employees were openly standing around, talking, and not serving their customers [as quickly as they could have]. I also realize this rating and review does not encompass an average of the time I’ve gone to Keva. But sometimes, the worst times affect other experiences.
I stood outside the door and before I called to give my order, I noticed 3 employees standing by the register talking. I called, no one picked up for a few rings, they just stood there talking to each other (and in my point of view, about nothing pressing). When someone did pick up, I gave them my order, (1 Raspberry Lemonade and 1 Banana Rama). She asked me to repeat. I did. She asked me to repeat it again, and I did. I was looking at her from outside the store and she looked at her coworker, put on a smile and asked me to repeat it again. I said my order again, slow and very clearly, and she then told me it would be a 20-30 minute wait. I was a slightly surprised, but thanked her and hung up. I stood outside the store for another few minutes and watched as the employees continued to chat, not moving to start my or other’s orders.
When they did finally stop talking long enough to start some smoothies, I went to wait in my car. 15, 20, 25, 30, 35 minutes go by and finally someone brings out my smoothies. She smiles and apologizes for the wait. I pay and she leaves. After she’s inside the store I realize I they gave me a Banana smoothie instead of a Banana Rama. I tried to go up to the door and wave to get their attention, but they were talking to each other again, leaning on the counters, laughing. I knock on the window and they look at me. One rolls her eyes. I was not very happy. I left with the banana smoothie I did not order and a very delicious raspberry lemonade.
Again, I know this is a crazy, different time for many of us. I shouldn’t judge the young ladies too harshly, but I was not at all impressed with Keva Juice employees, employee appearance, and customer service today.

Read moreI’ve been a loyal customer for a long time, but this ah the service I got was horrendous. There were only two customers ahead of me in the shop, and between the time I ordered and left, no one else had come in. The staff decided that temporary slow down meant they could take a break and not work. The customers ahead of me got their smoothies, but when it came time for them to make mine, suddenly everyone stopped working. There were at least 8 staff members there, but not a single one took the initiative to make my two smoothies. I started to go up to the counter to ask them, when a girl rolled her eyes and told the rest of the staff that they better get the smoothies made before I get mad. I kid you not, the staff literally clumped together and very slowly assembled my smoothies. They would not stop laughing and joking around, and simply focus on making the smoothies. When they FINALLY finished the smoothies, they poured them into cups, but then turned their backs on them and kept goofing off. I waited a couple minutes to see if anyone would hand me my smoothies, but no one did. When I went up to the counter to ask if those were indeed my smoothies and if I could have them, all but one staff member literally walked away from me. And when I asked him, he handed them to me without saying a word. As I was walking out the door, everyone broke into laughter. Edit: Tis The Epitome oF Disgusting. I have video evidence of this nasty establishment having a MASSIVE GERMAN COCKROACH INFESTATION that they refused to do anything about when I voiced my concern after killing them multiple times daily, and I'm talking these bad boys are HUGE!! Called the Health Dept. On them and nothing was done, also the Bread Building next to it is the exact same story. It's seriously disgusting, and there's million's of them, and nothing but straight covered fumigation and multiple days of effort would ever get rid of just how bad the infestation is. Trust me. Again, I have multiple video proof of this, and obviously nothing's been done. Sooooooo choose wisely;)
At the end of the day, it's anyone's decision to risk choosing to consume from here, if you don't know me, and haven't seen my evidence of this, then you as an adult can make the choice to believe me or not, guarantee if you do your due diligence though, you'll find exactly what I'm saying yourself.
Or I'm just a scary looking guy that you wanna pass judgement on based off my looks and mannerisms, and superfluously disbelieve me, but matters to me not. I'm just doing the kindness of making my neighbors aware of such things. The more you know homie;) 😁👍💯💯
