Great Harvest Bread Co. — Restaurant in Bountiful

I love the great harvest in Ogden Utah however this location was a disappointment!! My husband and I came here 5/25/24 at 2pm. I ordered the California sandwich and my husband got the Bountiful Club. First it took 20 min to get 2 sandwiches and no one else was getting sandwiches. Mine came missing bacon and avocado. When I went up and asked about it, a blue haired girl that made the sandwich was extremely rude and said I put it on there. She came over and I had to take apart my sandwich piece by piece to show her she in fact she did not put it on my sandwich. She lied again and said.... Well I put it on there and I can put more on it if you want it. There was neither avocado or bacon on it. Why lie when the facts were right there in front of both of us. Terrible attitude and service from her! At that point she was arguing with me because she was sticking to her lie. I was not about to give her my sandwich to add anything knowing she might do something terrible to it. Why not say, oh I’m sorry I missed that and I’d be happy to add it. Will not be going there again or recommending the Bountiful...

I am writing this while I am a bit frustrated about my experience - so sticking to the facts.

Ordered 3 tea scones. Quick service - they tast amazing....my problem - the server layed a teascone in and dumped a huge amount of frosting on, then stacked another on, more frosting, and the 3rd on top. How do I eat this? There is frosting everywhere.

The box had some holes in it - just the way they come - since the tea scones were floating all of the frosting ran out of the box all over my car.

Bigger box, less frosting, layed flat in the box would be...

Meh. Forst of all I had signed up for the rewards program on their website (free sandwich) only to be told upon ordering they don't honor that. The sandwich I got was so skimpy. Hardly any avacado, hardly any lettuce, (and when i asked for more I as dgiven room temperature lettuce)and 1 messy end of a Tomato because they were out. Hardly any meat and the bread they put through the panini machine is not the right kind of bread, so I was left with a piece of cardboard. Not worth $10. Oh, and the drink founain was out of order. Someone needs to do some...
