Food was good I think only because there is a process that has to be followed. Lets get into the service and atmosphere. This is more or less for Tabitha the manager who was not there but needs to remedy. We my wife, son and myself came in with maybe 5 or 10 minutes to close. The atmosphere instantly changed to uninvited. We ordered from the assistant manager (whom this is about) and the tone was unwelcoming. Once we ordered we sat and just the body language he was showing was uninviting and not comfortable, I thought I'd go start a conversation with him and did. Asked a question and received an answer that let me know he was not interested in talking. I couldn't believe it but then again wasn't surprised based off the atmosphere. Once I received my pies I had to turn around and asked if a manager was there, he said he was the assistant manager and I asked for the managers name and he said Tabitha. With all that being said, I am in the customer service business and my place closes at 9pm. I was taught and still teach my folks that we close at 9pm however if someone comes in at 8:30, 8:46, even 8:59 we are to be 100% professional and if it takes us past close to help then that's what we do. I get that it's closing time but when their is a customer on the floor they are priority #1. This might have been an incident of not being trained properly (Tabitha that is your job to train these folks) and he should know this. Anyway let's treat folks nice. Read moreJust really disappointed in how unwilling people are nowadays to just remake food. I ordered my stuff at around 2pm and scheduled the pickup time for 5:30pm. When I got there to pick it up, everything was room temperature like it had been sitting there since I placed my order. I called when I got home to see if they’d remake it so that I’m not risking my children getting sick by feeding them food that’s gone bad. The first person to answer the phone had a straight up attitude with me when all I asked was for them to remake it. Didn’t even ask for a refund! They fought with me tooth and nail just to not remake something that was so simple! It doesn’t come out of their paycheck so idk why they aren’t willing to remake something. I’ve worked in fast food before, it’s truly not that hard to just please your customers. Especially when it comes to food temp. So now I get to waste money and food. I get that sometimes customers aren’t always right, but food temp is one thing I would never second guess a customers concern about. Read moreMixed review. I have always enjoyed the service and quality of the food until the other night. We decided to once again order the $8.99 summer special. We always get a veggie on thin crust swapping out the creamy garlic sauce for a traditional red sauce. Friday night we called in our order, but the gal we were talking to refused to swap the sauce. She said it was not allowed. We have purchased this special many times swapping the sauce. Never an issue until Friday night. I asked her if she would prefer to lose a sale or swap the sauce. She said lose a sale. So we took our business elsewhere. Franchises need to remember that customer service is crucial for longevity. I was very disappointed, but I would prefer to drive further for good customer service. So disappointed with Bountiful Papa Murphys.
