despite the concerns listed below I really do enjoy coming to this location, as busy as it is they always have the line going fast enough that I barely wait more than 5 minutes for my drinks
i am so disappointed in swig as a company!! at every location they have employees standing outside in the blazing heat with masks and gloves on!! I am genuinely concerned for the employees that are outside, they have sweat dripping down their faces. there has also been multiple times where the ipad overheats on them while taking my order. it often overheats even with an ice pack. they have 2 windows in their drive thru why can't they use them??? like their lines go fast enough that being able to order at the front window isn't even a problem!! I would much rather wait in the line a little while longer than to have them outside in the heat where they can pass out and get hurt. it is unsafe for them to be outside I also see them drinking tons of water and even then i feel as if it doesn't help enough. very disappointed in how it seems they treat their employees. I also feel as if this location isn't the best which isn't in your guys control but i'm scared for the employees because one of theses days they are going to get hit which I think is another reason they should just use the windows. i understand that they have to wear masks and gloves because of the pandemic but is it really worth it for the karen's to get their diet cokes if it means putting these teenagers lives in danger. I truly believe that if someone wants a drink or cookie bad enough they can wait in line. I really hope that swig can figure out the fact that it is DANGEROUS for their employees to be outside in the heat and in the road. if they don't get it together they will be losing customers left and right. I don't want to blame management or corporate but I truly beliebe that if it were up to the employees they wouldn't want to be outside given the dangerous...
Read moreMy boyfriend and I showed up to this location on a Friday night at 10:15 pm, 15 minutes before closing. While pulling up, we saw the two female workers duck under the counter. At first, we didn’t think anything of it, but ended up sitting at the first window for about 5 minutes. No one ended up coming, so we pulled forward because we thought maybe we had messed up. No one came to the second window. We ended up pulling back around to see if they would see is this time; they had stood back up and when they saw us again, the ducked back under the counter. When they realized we could see them avoiding us, they walked into the back and turned off the lights. 10 minutes before closing. Not only was this extremely unprofessional, but disrespectful to customers other than just us. This Swig location used to be my favorite, but they will no longer have any business from me, and I will be sure to tell everyone I know how absolutely unprofessional this particular...
Read moreSecond time visiting this location. The first time I was pleased and left satisfied. The second time was quite a bit different. I was greeted normally and send to the window. As I pulled to the window I was notified that the microwave was not working to warm my pretzel bites, I was offered a cup of cookies or a sugar cookie instead. I denied both not wanting either of those items and the girl at the window immediately said “ never mind the microwave is working” which I thought was quick and odd. Not worried I waited for my order and was sent off, as I pulled around the corner I noticed the lid of my pretzel bites was literally melted. Like they microwaved them with the plastic on???
I understand they can be microwaved and still taste great but with the plastic on? Sounds toxic and gross, do...
