Subway — Restaurant in Bourbonnais

I have been to this Subway Resturant several times and the workers have always been kind and courteous. However, that was not the case today. The lady that greeted us started off nice then out of nowhere her attitude change. After she asked me what kind of meat did I want on my sandwich she became very nasty. The first thing she did was slam the glass/plastic lid down over the meat while I was still looking at it. I didn't acknowledge her. So I began laughing and talking to the other lady that puts the lettuce and tomatoes on the sandwich. And all the while the other rude, nasty attitude lady was standing off making comments on everything I was saying. And again I didn't acknowledge her. So, as the nice worker said would you like some sauce? I said, no, and the nice worker said are you sure? Honey mustard maybe? Then I replied, Oh! Yes, I like honey mustard. Then, the rude, nasty attitude worker walked over to the nice worker and looked at my sandwich and said, "sweet and hot on a sandwich, yuck!!!!. The nice worker kept her head down, while the nasty attitude worker stood there waiting for a response. Neither one of us acknowledges her. I paid for my food and walked out with my son. This location on Main (Kennedy Dr.) is the worst location. The manager Denise and two other employees were working when I entered this location with a friend. They never greeted us or even asked may I help you or anything. Denise along with the young teenagers were very rude. She just stood there and looked at us with a very strange expression. Finally, she says are you ready to order. The vibe was very weird. After we ordered, a customer of her same race came in behind us and she was very welcoming and friendly. This is the only location in the area that is not very black friendly. There was one black teenage boy along side of Denise and the other employee who demeanor wasn't very friendly and acted as though he hated being there. While in there restaurant two men were observed with their mask on but pulled down under their chin . When I asked the employee why they did not have them on correctly, she said it was up to them if they want to wear a mask. My remark to her was " it's the law," . She had no reply.
