Mic's Main Scoop — Restaurant in Bourne

I just want to commend the manager for going above and beyond to make up for an issue with my husbands order. She offered a replacemet or a refund and even though my husband insisted that he didnt want it and not to worry about it ,she slipped a 10 dollar bill in my purse ti make up for it . My husband is a creature of habbit and has been going to a rival shop in town for many years and I will say that the rival shop is excellent and I would imagine they had a few issues when first opening but I am very impressed with the frozenn yogurt I had coffee toffee something but it was excellent which I got because they were also out of the black rasberry choc chip .Anyway things arent always perfect anywhere but to me it means a lot when management does the right thing to try to get you to come back and make up for an issue. I wil say though that the prices are noticibly higher than a popular rival but seems it did not keep customers away and I guess running out of things because you are so busy isn't a bad problem to have . No doubt you wil be ordering extra vanilla this week. Good...

We went to Mic’s tonight for the first time. I worked late and it’s walking distance from us so I wanted something easy. First, Mic was at the window taking orders which is always a plus in my eyes when the owner is up front and working as hard as the rest. Second, she is the absolute sweetest and we chatted for a few! Third, I did not have high expectations for food... it’s an “ice cream” place so I thought that would be the main focus... boy was I wrong! We both got wraps. I got the fried chicken Caesar and my fiancée got the fried jalapeño ranch and they were AMAZING!!!! We also got Cajun fries that weren’t too spicy but the BEST crunch.... ended with ice cream. No words. Just amazing.

I also watched someone get one of their shakes and 🤤🤤🤤 Looked like something on Phantom Gourmet!

Check this place out, seriously. I can’t wait for summer nights to walk down there all...

This ice cream shop is amazing!! So clean and newly done with a beautiful space to enjoy your ice cream inside or out! We had a large group of people, around 20 and these servers did not miss a beat! From the first moment we walked in, we were greeted with a smile and very quick and efficient service until the end and oh my goodness the ice cream was soooo delicious, creamy, rich, flavorful with yummy fillings, my salted caramel was some of the best ice cream I have ever had and the prices were so reasonable, all of my family couldn’t believe how big a small cone was for only $4.50!!
