Auntie Anne's — Restaurant in Bowie

January 20, 2020, at 6:16pm, No pretzels products to sell. Second day in a row I have come in and there were no pretzels to purchase. Rude and they act like they are doing you a favor by being there. The one at Bowie Town Center was much better. Take some lessons on customer service.

We are the reason why you get a check, it's not the owner. It's the customer's you serve.

This is the worst Auntie Anne's I had to deal with. Now I will take the extra trip to Annapolis. Don't like spending my money outside of my community but they leave me know choice without standing outside Walmart with a sign.

Never have I been to an Auntie Anne's where they burned the pretzels. And if they did I didnt know about it because they didn't try to sell them to me. Then the one guy who knew how to do a refund couldn't be bothered to do it so stood across the room trying to explain it to the other two associates there who worked in the subway part. I wouldn't have even gave it one star had it not been for the mini pretzel dogs that my kids ate. And all this after he told me it would be a half hour until they were ready so we walked...

Employee was really rude when I was trying to talk to her. I had told one of the employee I need 2 cinnamon bites and there was one on the glass I told her I didn’t want that one I wanted 2 fresh ones since she was already gonna make one for me. She then said okay 10 minutes. I said okay I’ll wait.
