UPDATE: Sure enough, the inflated measurements of my standard 18X12X12 box caused me to be charged $8.00 more at this facility. This had nothing to do with this place being a franchise, and the UPS website confirmed this. I will NEVER use this location again. Two Stars, not Three. My Original Post: So please tell me why this place gets such a high rating? Well this will be a balanced review. I came in at 4:45 on a Saturday. Two people came in after me for other reasons, and I guess the guy working was hoping to close soon. Although he seemed a bit perturbed, he did know his stuff and was very efficient. Even spelled my last name correctly the first time. However, the guy measured my standard 18 X 12 x 12 moving box 1 inch larger on each side. I noticed the charge was about $9 more than the UPS site showed me. He explained that they are a franchise, so it may cost more. However the billable weight was 20 lb, not 9.5 lbs, so you can bet I will check online to see if that incorrect measurement would result in a higher price based on billable weight. Oh and another thing. It doesn't go out until Monday? There was a big pile of boxes ready to go..except Not on Saturday, I guess. Lesson learned. Print a label...

Read moreI wanted to have the same good experience others had, The man who was helping me had to be told to help the customers in the line. First the good. I liked the self serve ups machines but I never used them so I wanted to use a human since one person was in front of me. He never greeted us he was texting on his phone. I gave him the packages and the scan codes. Every few items he left and started doing something else, that was rude.. so I said they never do this at the other ups stores. He kept texting between our transactions. Oh one time he said give me that package... no please or anything. Then he started talking to a customer who came in about how much tape cost while he was helping me. He then said are you finished. And kept talking to the lady. I was done. I took pictures and left. I will not recommend using them or maybe I should say this guy needs retraining on customer service. This is his job. The only guy in the photo behind...
