Burger King — Restaurant in Bowling Green

Rushed at the speaker and then sat in the drive thru for 20 min. When we finally got to the window I told her I didn't appreciate being rushed at the speaker only to sit in the drive thru. I mean really what was the point?? Certainly wasn't fast service!! She said that they had a $100 order ahead of us. I told her that wasn't my problem. OK so why didn't they pull them ahead?? I told her the food better be hot after having to wait. Wrong!! Fries were lukewarm, no salt, bun was cold, they charged for the sauce which should've came with the Jalepeno bites. The fries were just thrown in the bag and all over. This is the second time we've had an issue. Last time they forgot half our order and I had to go back and get it. When I decided to visit this place as a fun little treat with my big kids and fresh new baby, imagine my disappointment when I discovered my sweet bundle had a blowout and my only option was to handle this messy tragedy in the floor of my van hunched over like Quasimodo in the blazing sun as other customers pass by me in the parking lot... All while surrounded by the faint smell of flame broiled patties, oh and baby poop.

Let's be real, tired parents who don't feel like preparing yet another meal for their children make up a huge part of your customer demographic. I pulled up to the speaker and told the employee I had a mobile order and after I said it she laughed as if my order was a joke, I then rolled up twards the window, infront of me was a pretty upset customer asking for a refund. After 5-10 minutes pass it’s finally my turn and the person at the window tries giving me the wrong order, I then proceeded to read her off my order. She then reads it back to me missing an item. When I told her I also got the pickle fries, she proceeded to tell me to pull up my order as if she didn’t believe me when I said I ordered it.
