Domino's Pizza — Restaurant in Bowling Green

When you say pizza you think dominoes or at. Least my family and friends do. You guys know that im going give it to you straight. At first was going to give them the very worse review i had ever written. However i said no ill wait and talk to the manager about it. Well at first thought i was glad that i did. I spoke with Vernice. This woman was nice and kind and really understood. You guys know how funny i am about my food. Now shes offered to even remake my food herself. So i was like ok do i ordered the alfredo chicken pasta add bannana peppers. I ask her about how long, she told me 25-30 i was like cool. Folks i got this food 1.5 hours later. There is another manager named Stevie. When i called back yet again to inquire about my food she snapped at me "its coming out of the oven now". Then she said im delivering it myself. Needless to say it was ice cold. Not blended. This Stevie lady i hope you guys never have to deal with her, cause she thought this was funny. Well i dont and im taking it personally. Now im a die hard you going to do it right or refund my money. Well i finally got the GM Garrett. This man is on point never trying to make excuses. Never one time saying oh its because were so busy. He gave me my money back. Then hes ask me to call him for another chance at food on them. You guys know i will usually say no. This time im going to see what happens. Entering Karen Mode. I have never left a negative review about a business before today. Tried to order over the app and the it says can’t process payment please call the store. Call the store and wait on hold long enough for a major pizza place. Go back to app, place order and hit pay at store. Order goes through and I head on up to the store (10ish minutes from my house). Get up there and try to call store because doors are locked for covid. No one answers while multiple people are by phone (I get some have gloves on but at this point idc). Finally guy running food out brings food to a different car and apologizes to me for taking so long (he handled me well). He then goes on to tell me that their card reader is down and they can only take cash. I don’t have any cash on me. He goes in to ask the manager about the situation. I already got the notification the pizza was done. the young man running food comes back out and I feel bad the manager even asked him to do this, but he asked me for half of the pizza price in cash if I had it! We always place our orders via app but While visiting bowling green, we tried attempting to order via online app but the request did not go through so we tried calling the store but no one picked. We finally went to the store and placed our order of 1 medium pizza and garlic knots. Since it would take 20 mins, we thought of going to our hotel and come back to pick up. When went back to Pick up, they forgot about our garlic knots and started making at that time due to which we had to wait for another 20 mins. I never had any issues with any dominoes stores hence this was very surprising. I assume they have lot of orders here considering it’s tourist location and less folks but messing up order or so Much wait time for a franchise like dominoes...
