The workers are okay and nice. Sometimes the drinks are made wrong, but they’re still good. I don’t bother asking for it remade usually because I know it can be difficult especially when busy! When asking to remake a drink that was made wrong initially, I was given a horrible attitude from an interesting looking lady with brown hair. I don’t like to complain about workers at all, but this experience was extremely unpleasant. I ordered a blended mocha using almond milk with caramel. The ice/drink had chunk of ice,not hardly blended.It had somewhat caramel mixed in,no almond milk.It was the worse blended ice drink ever.We lived in Tucson Az and visit frequent at Dutch brother and I loved it. I’ve only been to this location twice and each time I had an amazing experience! The staff there is so sweet and nice and the customer service is amazing! I went this morning between 11am & 12pm and the girl at the front window was the best! We had great conversation and relatable! Unfortunately I don’t remember her name but I remember that she was from Nevada and we bonded about my industrial piercing! I got the Golden Eagle iced coffee and it probably is my now fav coffee ever and their shakes were good as well! Definitely will be choosing Dutch Bros over coffee place...
