This place is vial and the manager on duty was very disrespectful I ordered some pizza and Italian cheese bread while the establishment did not have any Italian cheese bread which is fine things happen I expressed to just change it for crazy bread as I like both I showed up to pay for my food and they had charged me for the Italian bread no problem just refund my money no big deal the manager decided to get an additude because she would not refund the bread and wanted me to pay for the pizza again and said I would need to wait 3 -5 days for the refund when she could have voided the whole thing and just rerang the order the correct way but alas she decided to express "WELL WHAT DO YOU WANT ME TO DO THEN" I told her I wanted to not pay for something I'm not getting and told her that she could just void it so I would not have to wait and I'll pay again for my money to return to my account. So after some words throw back and forth she did void my order and I went to the other location where the manager did assist me and the gm for the rude manager store showed up I explained to him what happened and he said he would take care of it after which I went on my way well now Thursday morning at 12:03 am the general manager decided to call me and insult me with out provocation telling me he reviewed the tapes and said that she was just in the way she spoke to me because i was hung up on how long the money would take to return to my bank well if I'm like any other American I work hard for my money and being someone who works with banks and bank transactions on a daily basis it a simple void and the money returns to your bank for same day cancelation the manager then proceeded to call me pretentious and say that he would not being doing anything about this person's behavior which just screams red flag for me so if you decide to get pizza I recommend another establishment there is plenty of pizza joints out there...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreUsed to visit this location on a semi regular basis when we lived on the north side of Bowling Green. I donāt recall having many issues when I would purchase from there, outside of terrible parking and less than ideal access to the drive thru.
Tonight, I ordered Little Caesarās for the first time in forever (itās ok, I started singing it in my head too). I accidentally picked the wrong location and had to go back to the Bypass location. I had selected to pick up inside when I was thinking it was the other BG location because their drive thru. When I arrived at the Bypass location, the parking lot for the shopping center was indeed more than full. I had my two kids (both toddlers), so I didnāt want to have to get them out just to grab food and walk right back out. I noticed that the drive thru was empty, so I went around to it.
I told the nice girl at the window my dilemma. She couldnāt find my food, though I told her it was likely in the portal. She came back, told me I would have to come in, to which I replied (again) that I did not want to get the kids out. It should be a simple process to grab the food they have access to and hand it out a window.
I had my phone which proved I purchased it and the code for the portal. Finally, after asking politely again a third time, she accepted the portal code. However, I could see her supervisor was still unhappy. After handing me my food, I was told āfor future reference, in store pickups absolutely have to be picked up in the store.ā I donāt fault the girl who told me that, she was just the messenger.
The level of customer service tonight was absolutely subpar and will make me rethink my future decisions to order from there. I implore management to speak to their employees and let them know that sometimes circumstances change and one cannot always continently walk in for five seconds. Thatās why a drive thru is offered, for...
Ā Ā Ā Read morePoor service, not profesionnal the cashier! I was in the driveway, window closed, no cashier, no customer inside of the store. After 5 minutes waiting, we checked online to see if it's closed or not. So later we figured out that all the employees were in the back of the store. I was the only customer there. When more customers started to come inside of the store, the cashier finally showed up. He took care of all people who came after us because he didn't even bother to open the window to check if someone was there. Cars who came behind me left. I had to horn few times so the cashier noticed me. He asked me to wait up the front saying he will bring my order to me. I saw a lot of people served, at least 25 pizzas served, still he didn't come up with my order. I had to go inside of the store to ask for it. I was there for 35 minutes in total.
Food is amazing but the workers are a pain. Please check out the cashier who worked this evening...
