This is regarding the PJ's on the Bypass.
I am sorry for my mistake.
When I went in to pick up the order my roommate placed, PJ's couldn't find it in the system. Two employers couldn't find it in their system and looked at me as if I was crazy. Finally, Rosa, the manager, came over and asked me what happened and what was on the order. She said give me 10 minutes to make it and gave me the store number so my roommate could call in the info. Since I didn't know what going, because I came straight from the gym and don't have cell service right now, I drove over to Kroger to use their WiFi.
Well, found out that I was in the wrong!
I assumed one thing because I didn't have all the facts.
I went back to PJ's and spoke to Rosa again. I apologized for my mistake and explained what happened.
She wasn't mad at all and was very calm.
Since the pizzas were already made, I didn't feel right taking them because of MY MISTAKE, but she insisted.
So, I want to apologize to Rosa and the PJ's staff at the front counter at the Bypass location. I'm sorry.
As for the pizza...they were delicious...
Read moreThis location is VERY hit or miss. When they have their act together, they're great! When they're off, it's a train wreck.We live in their delivery area so we have no choice but to use them unless we want to pick up elsewhere.
When they're good - toppings are plentiful and pizza is great! Delivery within 45 minutes.
When they're off - we had a delivery order MIA. Waited 60 minutes, called to check. Counter girl said it was out with a driver, should be no more than another 15 minutes. Called back 30 minutes after the first call when no pizza came (90 minutes after order placed) and manager finally located our pizza sitting on the carry out rack. It had been there quite some time. She never offered a discout, refund, or even to make a fresh pizza. We got the old, cold one.
Trial and error have proved if you order from this location, use the website. The order is more likely to be correct and delivered hot and fresh in a timely...

Called back to speak to the store manager after the night shift manager Hank said I had no choice but to pay the extra or my food would be taken back and thrown away (50 dollars worth, I might add) and was told I never should have owed anything. My pizzas are often not correct and taste like they were made way in advance and sat under the lamp (I usually place orders a few hours ahead of time to try and help them out) yet I call and voice my concerns hoping they'll change seeing as it's the only place delivering to my home.
