Frisch's Big Boy — Restaurant in Bowling Green

I went today around 430pm and I will have to say, I am not sure I will be going back for awhile. I went through the drive thru. I waited roughly 5 minutes at the screen before ordering but that didn't bother me. What really bothered me is the lady working at the window. I waited at the window for roughly another 5 minutes before she came to the window and when she did she handed me the drink, took my card and shut the window and didn't say a word. Then opened the window handed my card back and shut the window without any words again. Then I waited another 7 minutes for food and she once again handed me the food and shut the window. Not a single word was spoken from her at the window even after repeated thank you's and have a nice day. Now, I have worked in fast food and I do understand that people have bad days and are stressed but I felt that the interactions was very rude and made me not want to return to the north big boy. I had a horrible first experience. Imagine being on the first date of your life with the most beautiful woman, and suggesting Big Boy to her because you've been dying to go for the 9 years you've lived in Ohio (but just haven't ), ordering her food and after two bites of her food her beautiful face turns sour, eyes start watering and she immediately wants to vomit from the old oil in the deep fryer! It was the biggest disappointment of my life because I love to try all the burger joint chains of its sorts, Johnny Rockets, Five Guys ECT and I was so excited to finally be able to cross this one off the bucket list! I swear I would have called corporate to complain but I didn't find my receipt until a week later and I figured it would be a mute point - then this review request pops up and honestly it saddens me to have to write negative reviews but this one warrants it. I would never return to this one in Bowling Green Ohio but I might try another location one day when I have another spare...

Want to start by saying out of all my years of giving reviews this is only the third time I have given a bad review to anyone. The one-star rating is because I cannot give a no star rating. When it comes to food the first thing that matters the most is presentation that is why I posted the pictures of what was presented to me. Now let's talk about the taste, I would compare the aftertaste of the meatloaf to be reminiscent of the smell cat urine! The mashed potatoes were cold the gravy was nasty, the biscuit was so stale I could not eat it. Like I said I hate giving bad reviews, so I will say the corn was really good. I would highly advise a management overhaul of this restaurant! If you are a customer who enjoys a good meal out avoid Frisch's Big Boy.
