So tonight my partner ordered sandwiches through the Jersey Mikes website for pick up. I went to pick them up and the order wasn't at the pick up area. I asked if their was an order under my partners name they said they where finishing it. They handed me an order for someone else which I realized when I just got in my car. I told them it was the wrong order and that I needed the one under my partners name. They found a meal ticket on the ground, and then told me it had already been picked up by Doordash. I showed them the receipt, which said the order was ready at 6:06 and was a pickup order through the Jersey Mikes website not Doordash. They said somone picked it up, that they would not make the sandwiches again, and that I would not be refunded so I left. So either someone took our food, they gave someone else the wrong order like they had done to me at first, or they didn't even make the order beacuse the meal ticket was still on the ground. I've bought pick up orders through the Jersey Mikes website probably at least 10-15 times and never had an issue like this. If anyone in management is reading this I went in 6:15pm on 08/08/23. Read moreBe careful ordering gluten free from them. Most locations are good and I've been using them for years. The other day I used the Bowling Green KY location. I used the app to place a pickup. Traffic was bad so I arrived 25 minutes late. There was nobody in the lobby and everybody was standing around talking. I saw my order wasn't on the shelve and told them my name. They rolled their eyes and said "gluten free". They did not clean anything, but the slicer is normally used for meats/cheese and they placed a paper down before putting the bun on. A little risky but whatever. They put olive oil on it and I told them my order said no olive oil. They then proceeded to try and scrape it off. They got mad when they realized scraping oil is not very effective. They then placed a new gluten free bun right on the uncleaned table. Meaning all kinds of actual gluten on are it now. I asked for a refund and the lady never even apologized. At this point there was a line out of the building. The male was friendly, but failed to ask if I wanted oil and poured a huge amount across the foot long. Half was for later and half to eat once we got home. Needless to say it was saturated when I went to eat it, the bread was not edible. 2nd sub I repeated the toppings several times and gave up, 3rd sub they didn't listen when i asked for light lettuce, light onions and had to repeat no mayo. The female employee asked nothing directly to us and was not friendly. We spent almost $73 on the 3 subs and was truly disappointed in the service and the food. I left a 10% tip, only because there was a possibility they were having an off day, and I had a tiresome day spending the morning at the hospital for testing.
