Brittany was AMAZING! My fiancé and I had just finished at two other jewelry stores before walking past Ashcroft & Oak and we stopped just long enough to be greeted by Brittney who immediately offered to shine up my engagement ring for free. I let her and began looking at wedding bands. When I told her what I was looking for she asked me to make myself comfortable, brought me a water and proceeded to bring me options to try on. She was so informative about the cut, style and carat and her opinion made a huge difference in my decision. Her attention to detail was so impressive, my fiancé decided to get his wedding band as well. We had just been to Kay Jewelers and he seemed sold but, he could really appreciate that she asked him about the carat he was looking for and could break down the difference. She made sure we were sized appropriately , walked us through a fantastic warranty and gave us a sale discount. Needless to say, we bought both wedding bands and I felt comfortable leaving my engagement ring in store for sizing as well. The entire process and experience was so pleasant. A breath of fresh air! Wonderful people and incredible prices. After my previous jeweler ruined my original wedding set during a simple repair and put me through a 5 month process of sending my ring back multiple times, I finally had enough and requested a full refund. Not wanting to work with my previous jeweler or any of their umbrella companies, one of my best friends told me to try Ashcroft & Oak. I was somewhat reluctant thinking all jewelers were created equal; I was wrong. Stephanie, the store manager, listened to way more of my story than she had to. She immediately began picking out various styles for me as I wasn’t sure what I wanted. She was patient with my numerous requests and so willing to help me find my forever ring. I’ve honestly never had a smoother shopping experience. Their warranty is significantly better than most and for the first time ever, I didn’t feel like someone was trying to sell me the highest priced ring for a commission. They understood that I was exhausted and just wanted a wedding ring that wasn’t a mess. We bought my engagement ring here a few months ago and the experience was amazing so obviously we came back for our bands. On a whim my fiance and I walked into the store 30 minutes before close to look around and get a feel for a band for him. I had been in a few days prior looking around for myself. We ended up finding the perfect band for him, and they had a sale going on and we thought might as well get mine too! We came in for a quick browse at the end of the day not wanting to be too much of a bother but Presleigh and Cristina both were so welcoming and went above and beyond. They stayed after close for almost a whole HOUR getting our rings ordered and ensuring everything went smoothly and to our liking. I apologized many times, I didn't plan on that happening but they were not bothered at all. If anything they were happy to be able to help us get the wedding bands of our dreams, and I cannot give a better recommendation for a place to buy an engagement ring, wedding band, or any jewelry.
