We have tried to visit twice this week. The first time being Oct 6 around 4 or 5 pm. We went to the window thinking it would make it easier and not tie up the drive thru because we had 2 orders. We witnessed employees outside at the tables. Sign on the walk up window said they were only doing drive thru orders. Got back in my car and went to the drive-thru only to be told their computers were rebooting but if I would pull over they would let me know when the computers were backed up. I thought okay why not. Went and parked in the parking lot and waited about 10 or 15 min. I then called the store and asked if the computers were back up. The man who answered told me they were still down. I then asked how long it would be he said about 20 minutes. We ended up leaving and going somewhere else to eat that night. We then returned this evening Oct 10th but when we got to the speaker the lady said that they were only doing doordash orders. There was a car ahead of me at the window and one behind me. I had to wait until the gentleman behind me backed out after being told they weren't basically going to take his order. I backed out of the drive-thru and went around to the parking lot. I was upset and talking loudly to my passenger. There were two employees smoking outside and the one started cussing at me. We ended up coming home and fixing something at home to leave. It's really sad we've been there twice only to be refused service and cussed out by an employee as they're smoking on company time. This will be the first and last time we will visit this restaurant because what's the point?? They are a poor representation of the company and wasting your money not doing their job and refusing service. Add to that being cussed out by an employee?? This behavior and service is...
Read moreI have consistently had issues with this Rally's. I can excuse messing up orders. That's no big deal. The staff is aggressive. I put in an order at the drive through. Sounds off when he reads it back to me. I fix the order no biggie. I get to the window and he gives me the wrong order somehow despite me correcting him. I'm kinda done and say "It's no big deal." I get ready to leave and he practically starts fighting me "No no wait I can fix it. Here let me get you the right order." Clearly angry sounding. I just say no thank you, he insists, and I just leave charged for food I didn't get but out of the situation because I had enough. Didn't even ask for a refund didn't report him because I wanted to be done with Rally's. A few months later I decided to give them another shot, my door dasher goes there and the manager nearly gets into a fist fight with him, he had to call the cops. Food shows up cold and doordash refunds me my money. The staff there needs to either be retrained or fired. The manager needs fired because escalating an issue to fist fighting is incredibly...
Read moreI don’t usually write reviews, but I felt the need for a complaint here over my most recent experience. I don’t know if there’s been a change in staff or something, since my experiences here are usually pretty straightforward, timely and professional.
I showed up for my mobile order, and I was told to wait in the parking lot and that they’d hand my order to me once it was ready—which wasn’t bad, as I had just put the order in. But I parked at the lot right outside the drive through window so they could still see me—and in the time I was waiting, I watched three people receive their orders (keep in mind, I only got 3 things). After 20+ minutes of waiting, I got impatient enough to go to the drive through again, and I finally got my order. Only to find that my fries were placed upside down, my sauced wings box was open, and I was left without napkins.
Absolutely horrible experience, and I’m still somewhat peeved over it. I don’t usually like to complain over stuff like this, but this experience was...
