I recently had the pleasure of dining at Agliolio's Boynton location for Mother's Day, and I must say, it was an exceptional experience. Agliolio truly offers a fresh take on Italian cuisine, and their commitment to quality and flavor shines through in every dish.
While my family and I are regular patrons at their Wellington location, we decided to switch things up and visit their Boynton branch. We were not disappointed. From the moment we walked in, we were greeted with warm smiles and a cozy ambiance that set the stage for a memorable dining experience.
One of the things that always keeps us coming back to Agliolio is their fresh-made pasta. It's clear that they take great pride in their culinary craftsmanship, and it shows in the taste and texture of their pasta dishes. Whether it's a classic spaghetti Bolognese or a unique creation, like their mouthwatering lobster ravioli, every bite is a delight.
However, what really stood out to us on this particular visit was their zoodles. My mom is absolutely obsessed with their zucchini noodles, and it's easy to see why. The zoodles were perfectly spiralized, cooked to perfection, and tossed in a delicious sauce that enhanced the natural flavors of the zucchini. It was a healthy and satisfying option that left us all impressed.
Apart from the outstanding food, the service at Agliolio was top-notch. The staff members were attentive, knowledgeable, and passionate about their menu. They were more than happy to provide recommendations and answer any questions we had, ensuring that our dining experience was personalized and enjoyable.
Agliolio's Boynton location has definitely won our hearts with its fresh take on Italian cuisine. Whether you're a fan of traditional pasta dishes or looking for healthier alternatives like zoodles, they have something for everyone. The combination of quality ingredients, skilled preparation, and friendly service make Agliolio a standout in the Italian dining scene.
I highly recommend Agliolio to anyone seeking an authentic and refreshing Italian dining experience. Whether you visit their Wellington location or venture to their Boynton branch like we did, you're in for a treat. Enjoy the fresh flavors, indulge in their incredible pasta, and savor the warm atmosphere that...

I eat here 2-3 times a month!
So cheap too for what you get!!
They take good care of their staff. Some staff has been there 10+ years and they are very happy. Shoutout Rodrigo and Jerry-Mae (sorry if i mispelled it) Connor Dunlap is a great addition to the Management team as well!
As a foodie, this is my favorite italian place in Palm beach County! Elizabettas is trash, tramonti’s doesn’t compare to this. I have tried them all. Nothing compares to agliolio!
The best way to put this is that it’s a authentic 5 star version of Olive Garden. (I hate olive garden) but i loved their bread sticks, salad and dishes
PASTA IS MADE FROM SCRATCH!!! You can feel it in the al dente texture!
You get bread sticks, salad and you get to build your own pasta dish! Whatever sauce and topping combo you want, you can have!!
I have been going here for years! I don't know why jt took me so long to write a review! I totally forgot. I have tried everything on the menu! I consistently get the Veal Saltimboca with their scratch made pasta! I get the penne with vodka or pink sauce usually. I always switch up the toppings. The cesar salad is phenomenal and their appetizers are soooo goooooood!!! (Stuffed mushrooms, calamari, and meatballs are my fav)
Tiramisu is amazing. Cannoli chips are very great and bizzare as well. Not many people do this if any. Never seen it before. Best dessert in town.

Read moreVery disappointing service from the manager. I made a take out order and the person that took it did it ALL wrong. No worries, anyone can make a mistake. However, I have a special diet so I was not able to eat the food.
When calling the place to see how we can resolve, the person didnt help me at all, he just wanted me to do was order more food instead of changing my plate or refunding me the money.
My husband had to go back to the place with the plate "to show them we didnt eat it" and still the manager was denying a refund or a new dish. WHO IN THE WORLD would take out of their time, to report this issue, also go back to the restaurant and return the plate and you STILL have the audacity to say "WE WONT REFUND BECAUSE THERE IS NOTHING WRONG WITH THE DISH". No, there is nothing wrong with the dish, but EVERYTHING is wrong with the order!
I was a regular customer here but if the leadership in this restaurant is not willing to keep a customer happy, please, just take the money. I'm not coming back, neither my circle of influence.
If at least the manager would have said "ok, we apologize for this issue, I'll make another dish for you or refund the money immediately" I would have given a chance.
I dont need the money, I dont need another dish, my lunch was already ruined. I just need the respect that a customer deserves when you as a restaurant do something wrong. If that's the way the manager treats a customer, I cant even imagine how employees are being...
