Updated Review 02/2025 This restaurant is our go-to spot whenever I’m in town, and for good reason—the food is absolutely delicious. However, our recent visit had its ups and downs. First, be sure to make reservations, as this place gets busy. My partner accidentally booked at a different location, but we arrived early enough to grab bar seats, which were quite uncomfortable. Our server was friendly but largely absent, as she was preoccupied with the bar. We found ourselves relying on busboys who were helpful but not very attentive. For instance, when we requested chili oil, one busboy promised to fetch our server but never returned. It took asking another staff member to finally get it. The food, though, was fantastic! We chose a variety of small sharing plates. However, they arrived staggered—first the calamari, egg rolls and mamas ribs, then after 15 minutes, the pad thai, followed by the eggplant another 10 minutes later. This uneven timing was frustrating. Despite the service shortcomings, the incredible flavors keep us returning. I’d give this visit a solid 4/5, and I hope they can improve the service to match the quality of their food! New and Improved Lemongrass Alert! The updated Lemongrass is now open in front of the old location, which is set to become a ramen shop soon – keep an eye out for it! To secure a table, I made reservations via OpenTable just in case. Locals in Florida tend to dine early between 5:30 pm and 7 pm, so we reserved ours for 6:30 and were promptly seated. The menu offers a wide variety, causing uncertainty about the food quality. Maintaining both variety and quality can be a challenge for restaurants. Menu Highlights: Dim Sum Platter for 2: 3/5 – presented charmingly Grandma's Ribs: 5/5 – sticky, tender, and delightful Salt and Pepper Calamari: 5/5 – crispy and full of flavor Chicken Pad Thai: 5/5 – enjoyed the smoky, authentic wok flavor Although the dim sum platter looked exquisite, the taste fell short. Having grown up on Chinatown-style dim sum, I appreciate the effort and would still give them an A for their attempt. Everything else was simply delicious! I highly recommend them and can't wait to return for their sushi. Kudos to Aerin! P.S. We all agreed that you should add mango sticky rice to the menu!

Average food. I live three blocks from Lemongrass and decided to order a Chicken Shrimp Phad Thai and Chicken Masaman Curry to pick up and enjoy at home. I normally go to my few local Thai places to support but went with Lemongrass tonight. For $40.00 plus their food is not worth the $. Just an FYI to Lemongrass chefs and mgmnt. Rice stick noodles are LONG noodles. My Phad Thai has little pieces of noodles that have been precooked and soaking in water then stirred into this dish therefore they just break apart into little pieces of noodles. Might as well just be rice. My Masaman Curry had sweet potatoes that were all oxidized and dark bruised. Really? So they precook them, let them sit in a container until the potatoes get old and discolored and just add them to their curry paste and coconut milk and call it masaman. The onions are barely cooked so that's a complete giveaway they don't even cook this properly. The thin slices of chicken breast, cook in a few minutes so you get nice chicken, undercooked onions and old nasty sweet potatoes. I'm sure I'll get a rehearsed apology from their sm person, but you are what you do, and my order, although flavor was ok, was so underwhelming. Theres a saying we have in professional kitchens, How you do something is how you do everything. My gosh I could have just made a lil pot of rice and made my masaman curry paste with coconut milk and ate that w my rice and have been happier than this. So for $40.00 plus, I just ate some of the curry sauce with some rice, the leftover potatoes, onions, brown avocados will not be eaten because if I'm not loving it fresh from the restaurant, why would I eat it as leftovers? Surprised this place is as bsy as it sometimes gets. I'm going to just resume supporting my local family Thai places not this chain. I have pics of my brown nasty sweet potatoes and noodles that are 1 inch pieces instead of long nice noodles but not able to upload here for some reason.

Excellent Lunch at a Cozy Asian Restaurant We recently stopped by this restaurant for lunch and were absolutely delighted! It’s a very cozy place with friendly staff and a relaxed atmosphere. The weather was perfect, so we chose a table on the outdoor terrace—an ideal setting for a pleasant meal. The food was outstanding! The Peking duck was particularly impressive—we’ve tried it in many places, even in Florida, but this one is the best so far. All the rolls were delicious, and our daughter especially loved the spicy tuna rolls. The wontons were great, but the real highlight was the hand rolls with truffle and black caviar—highly recommended! If you’re looking for a place with excellent food and a welcoming atmosphere, this is the spot. The price matches the quality perfectly! 😉 P/s I think there should be a loyalty program for their clients, but I didn’t find it, is there one?

First experience and last at this location. Didn’t even eat here because the hostess gave such terrible customer service. I was waiting on line to put my name down for a reservation and another woman walked straight up to the hostess stand cut the line and wrote her name down for a reservation. Even though I had been standing there waiting to do that and the women asked me as she walked up if I was waiting in line. As she was writing her name down I spoke up for myself and another man who had been waiting to be helped. I said something to them both yet the hostess did not take into consideration that I just said she cut the line. As she then took my name after the other lady wrote her name down. I mentioned again that the lady came after I did and she just ignored me. I gave my name for the reservation she said it would be 30 mins. I honestly left right after that, it was very inconsiderate the hostess to not make it right or at least Acknowledge that I said something about it.. she just looked at me like I was complaining. Thanks to the hostess Patricia they lost a valuable costumer. Update: it’s the next day and they never even called me. My husband and I decided that it was way too congested of a restaurant anyway so we happily drove to Delrays Lemongrass location and the wait was just as long but handled very professionally. We were calling before 30 mins and had a lovely dinner. I think this boynton location needs better management or a better system. the hostess couldn’t handle the Togo picks ups and people walking in it seemed. What really upset me the most is earlier on in the evening I called this location and tried to make a reservation the hostess said the earliest it would be is 8:30 I said okay that’s fine but she then said I would be better off just walking in so I wouldn’t have to wait until then..So not only did she not put me down as a reservation she persuaded me into thinking I should just come in. That was a...
