We were celebrating our Birthday’s (Dad&myself) on Saturday August 26th, 2023 with Family. We made reservations a week before and had to reserve the table for 15 people with a $200 deposit. This was the second time we have been there since last year. I must say it has gone downhill. Last year no deposit was required, we received complementary water, the food was good but the service was still lacking. This year we were very disappointed that our waiter seem to lack experience or had too many tables to attend. I don’t recall him introducing himself. We asked for some bread and water for the table. He stated that they do not provide bread, therefore we had to order some chips and salsa. As for the water he brought us bottled water. He never gave us a choice of whether we wanted bottled water, tap-water or sparkling. When he brought us the bottled water they had Sabor Latino label on it, we thought it was complementary because we were never told otherwise. I have never been to a restaurant that has never offered water! Then, I finally had to say to him that we were ready to order dinner. His reply was oh you are? Dinner for the most part was good, except for the confusion of who ordered which dinner. He never came back to the table to see if we needed anything, to see if we needed to refresh our drinks. I had to ask him for a second drink, and so did the others on the table. They never cleaned off the table with our dinner plates. My cousin, cleaned the table and took the plates to the kitchen! After dinner, we enjoyed the music, dancing, etc.. We then asked for our checks. When I received my check, I noticed that there were charges for the bottled water at $3.50 apiece. I questioned him about that and he said that it’s standard practice so I asked to speak to the manager. The music was so loud we had to go outside, when I questioned the manager about the water, he replied that they pay for water, for ice, they provide security, they provide music and no cover charge. I was flabbergasted. Needless to say, I replied, there should be no charge for water. Your patrons should be given a choice of whether they want bottled water, regular tap water etc..and pay for it if that’s what they choose to do. As far as for the security, having to pay for water, ice, entertainment, and no cover charge that’s on the establishment not the patrons. We went there to eat dinner at 7 PM, spent quite a bit of money, service was terrible, never informed about having to pay $3.50 for each bottled water. We continued to go back-and-forth until finally he removed the $3.50 charges for our water. This could be such a great establishment if they had better management, SERVICE and upfront about their charges with the patrons. Not sure if I...

Read morePlace is beautiful & very clean. It’s wonderful to have a Latin location in are local town especially where you can do a little dancing but the cons out way the good. They need better management the waiters are all over the place every time we go we start off with a waiter and end up with different person. It’s to the point we’re we always have to call out to a random waiter for help with getting stuff and even for are check. Last time we where there the staff was huddle up in the kitchen joking around to the point one young ladie screamed so loud scared the hell out of us. We thought something happen but they all continue to laugh like nothing. We mentioned to are waiter that the dessert we order tasted sour like spoiled milk she gave us a surprised look. I literally Took one bite and had my husband take a bite to make sure it was not just my taste bud he couldn’t even finish it he as well said it tasted very weird. can you believe that she still charged us for it after she dispose of it instead of removing it off the check.what happened to “Good customer service” the food overall it’s a hit and miss The first time we attended it was very flavorful this time the food lacked flavor. Previous to the last visit I sat at the bar and nobody even bother to assist me I had to chase the bartender around the corner of the bar to order a drink and an appetizer. Our first visit there we really thought it was a first time thing because it was so new but obviously it was not I have had friends and family who have visit the location as well and they all complain about the same thing...
