Terrible, I ordered a laptop from the best buy website for next day shipping at 10am. I was informed it would be coming from this store and Geek Squad would deliver on the next day as that's what I paid for. Next day comes and my order states u will be receiving it today. Here I am 9:30pm still nothing. Still says I will receive it today, no emails updating me on qhats happening and no clear answer from customer service.
