Chinatown — Restaurant in Boynton Beach

Have ate here for 4 years now. Excellent food and straight-to-the-point service. The only downside is that they don't deliver. But then again when you've got amazing food people will be willing to come to you.

The few things I take into consideration when I judge a take-out restaurant is:

Time it takes to prepare my meal: When they say it will be done in 10 minutes, they mean it. I've never had to wait longer than what they've promised to get my food. Consistency of the food: The food is always cooked to the same great standards. Time to take my order: I order take-out from this place at least once a week. Their straight-to-the-point service means that I'm on the phone for less than 15 seconds to place my order. The fastest they've ever taken my order is eight seconds. Which is amazing. They don't ask me who I am, what my phone number is, they just get straight to the point: what do I want to order. And it'll be there when I get there in the time they said.

Overall, I've probably ordered takeout almost a hundred times in the 4 years I've lived across the street. And I haven't regretted having a quick dinner (or even lunch) with them. Their lunch prices are extremely reasonable. I can get a filling meal...

Have been going there for years. Tonite my daughter's shrimp dish smelled like sewage. I asked for something else, was refused.i asked for a manager, she said she was one. No attempt made at correcting it. Finally I decided to leave, they gave me a bill for Her untouched sewage shrimp and my bento box. I had only taken one bite of my food, because the shrimp smell was so bad. I refused to pay for Any of it. They said they were going to call the cops and some old Chinese man wandered out to yell at the waitress then tell me to pay for my meal. I told them to call the cops. Both meals were complete on the table. Now everyone's yelling. Such poor customer service. They are not going to bully me into eating or paying for Trash. They could've avoided all that if they Attempted to appease my 7 yo . Sad. We have been going there for 10 years, maybe 20. I have only dined in 4 or 5 times, since they redid it. One other time i commented on the incorrect wording on the menu. Lady said I Always complain. What a joke. I have Never been treated so poorly. By a disgusting roach infested restaurant. They are a dime a dozen. Please. Food has gone way downhill, overpriced and inconsistent to boot....

Recently, I had a highly unpleasant experience with a product purchased from this store. Upon opening the bag of food at home, a baby roach crawled out, which was extremely unsettling. I promptly called the store three times to discuss the matter with the manager but received no response. Frustrated, I visited the store in person, where the manager initially avoided me but eventually engaged in conversation.

During our discussion, the manager dismissed my concerns, claiming that the roach could have come from anywhere. However, the bag had only been at our house, where I've never encountered roaches in five years. Notably, I walked home with the bag, and it was never in a car.

Despite presenting these facts, the owner refused to refund my money and continued to deny any responsibility. I urge others to consider this experience and examine the reviews, as it raises concerns about the quality and hygiene of the products provided by this establishment.
