On 2/12/25, I had a disappointing experience with "Berlla B." – she did not greet me or wash her hands before making my smoothie. It felt like I had to beg for a simple "good morning" or any enthusiasm from her.
Normally, I would have written off the restaurant and never returned, but I decided to give it another chance. I’m so glad I did!
On 2/13/25, I was warmly greeted by "Dominique W.," who not only washed her hands before preparing my smoothie but also greeted me with a cheerful "good morning." She even brought my smoothie around the corner when she noticed I was busy and wished me a great day as I left!
Now that’s customer service! Dominique’s kindness and attentiveness were greatly appreciated, especially since my morning wasn’t going well. Because of her, it's 5 stars across the board! Thank you...

The people working there just decided on their own that they would add chocolate in, even though my husband was specific in what he ordered. You would think that they would clarify what he wanted before just assuming that he wanted chocolate. He didn't order that, he knows I don't like chocolate in that smoothie. It's frustrating because the smoothie was not cheap, he didn't notice because it was for me and he didn't try it. Terrible customer service. He ordered something and they just did whatever they wanted. I threw out a $7 drink because it tastes awful from fake powered chocolate like nastiness and more irritating my husband didn't order that smoothie. I don't want to call someone about my order...
Read moreThis is the WORST tropical smoothie I have been to. Associate crew including the “manager on duty” were more than unprofessional. Spoke with the franchise owner and all he did was provide excuses. So many different ways he could have remedied the situation but instead kept telling me as to why he hired an “emotionally UNintelligent crew who could care less because they’re receiving minimum wage”———his words NOT mine. Just ridiculous . Anytime I’ve gone to another location and had a request or something done poorly it’s always gotten fixed or redone with no excuses or hassle. Or better yet done exactly how I asked the first time! Definitely won’t be coming back to this...
