Panera Bread — Restaurant in Boynton Beach

Place progressively became worse. Came in this morning around 11 am. asked for cup of regular tea. Girl at the counter asked if I want an iced tea I replied "No, I want regular tea" ( you have to brew hot tea first to make iced tea, no?). I should have mentioned that there was no greeting from her once or ever- no "Good morning!", " How are you?" or even "How can I help?" , just a nod. So anyways she proceeds charging me for an iced tea, which is 50 cents more, not asking me for "My Panera" card or the phone number. So, I asked her if the hot tea is the same price, she replied "Yes!". African American girl in black T-shirt with "Catering" embroidery , who was standing next to her just rolled her eyes and step to next register. So I asked if the manager is around and AA girl said she is a manager and asked me if I wanted a difference back . She hasn't even mentioned that she is trying to give me the change back. I should have told her to keep the change as a tip for being rude and unprofessional. Forgot to mentioned that they were out of most of the bagels with many display shelves are empty as if I came there 5 min. before close time. I also should add that I don't really blame these young ladies, but rather idiot managers and supervisors from Covelli corporation, who don't provide adequate and...

Been going here for 5 years. 😫The food is good but they never seem to get a custom order right. If you're on the go, forget it. 1/5 times have they actually made my custom order. I just want bacon. I don't notice until later because I'm on my way to work or to get read for work.

I just want a slice of bacon. Either way they're saving money because they've been getting a free extra dollar per order. Why no bacon? Why can't I just get my custom order? It's just usually one thing and MAYBE a drink.

Please look at the ticket when making the order. I don't mind waiting an extra few mins for a slice of bacon if it means my order is right. I tipped $5 on my order, spending almost $20 total and I STILL don't get my order right. 😫 Why? 🥺😢😭

This location is the closest to me. It's always clean and quick but if you want anything custom- I STRONGLY advise against. I'm sorry for the negative review but not all of us have time to check before we leaveeeee 😭 1/5 times was it correct ever. 🥺

We love Panera, however, this location just can not get it right. Of the previous 5 times we've ordered our order has been incorrect 4 times. The first time they completely left out an entrée and then told us they put it in the bag and argued it was double checked until I said I will bring everything back and then they said they would remake the entrée. The second time we ordered a Fuji chicken apple salad and ordered extra white balsamic apple vinaigrette and they gave us Caesar dressing. How do you eat Caesar dressing with this salad? My wife ate it without dressing. Today she ordered a sandwich and they gave us a totally wrong sandwich. I told myself I would never leave without checking the order again. As much as we love Panera it doesn't make sense for us to come here anymore when we know they are going to get our order wrong. This location needs to take responsibility for their actions and get some better bag checkers. We will not...
